I want to give a huge shoutout to Laura, who helped us during our shopping visit. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience feel personal — exactly the kind of employee who represents Walgreens well. I hope she wins Employee of the Month, because she absolutely deserves it. Separately, we also had a really frustrating experience with the pharmacy. My partner's prescription was given a 2:30 PM ready time the next day — no notification came. We called and were told it wouldn't be ready for another day, then that it had been sent to another pharmacy, then suddenly it would be ready in an hour. We never got notified when that hour passed either. When we called back, we were told it would now be another full day. The moment we pushed back, it was suddenly immediately ready. That turnaround from 'another day' to 'ready right now' the second we resisted was deeply strange and didn't inspire confidence in how prescriptions are being tracked or communicated. Every prescription should be treated with urgency. No one should have to tell a pharmacist they've missed a dose before their medication is taken seriously.

The Pharmacy is not even close to what is classified as a standard. It’s been 2 days since my daughters prescription was sent for an ear infection and due to lack of knowledge or how to work their internal systems, we still haven’t gotten our prescription filled.. I will not be returning.

I have Narcolepsy T1 with cataplexy; since 1998 I have been all over the place due to insurance PAs -including gaps in medication as well as needed changes to Brand vs generic. Also, loss of housing, transportation issues, has required me to frequently switch locations. This pharmacy seems to understand the requirements and O.R. codes onthat are needed to fill as script. Other Walgreens and pharmacies just push a pending button and send something to the Dr or insurance; and it takes weeks or hourly persistence to get the script approved and filled. The staff at this location have the knowledge to allow for a smooth transition.

For Over 30 years I have been shopping here!! This is a great store, great pharmacy, people and service. Kudos!! Thanks for keeping the Walgreens legacy alive since we were kids.

Had several prescriptions filled and the pharmacist was very helpful figuring out insurance and generic options (including using GoodRx) to help with the cost of the medications.
