I came into Walgreens around 11:53pm after having a really frustrating experience earlier in the evening, and I just want to recognize the pharmacist who helped me (I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately). He was incredibly fast, attentive, and professional. Earlier, I had been told my prescription would take hours, but when I returned later that night, he explained that additional information was actually needed so my prescriptions weren’t filled despite waiting 3 hours. That’s something that should have been communicated to me sooner by the woman I spoke with earlier. Despite that, he handled everything right away without any hesitation. He even apologized for the earlier misinformation and made sure my prescription was filled quickly. On top of that, he was genuinely kind and told me he hoped I felt better soon, which meant a lot given the situation I was in. His efficiency and compassion completely turned my experience around. Walgreens is lucky to have someone like him.

Pharmacy is terrible Everytime I come they don't have it ready even though they said it was or have some sort of issues. I walked around the store for an hour with 3 kids and they hadnt even started it. Avoid between 3 and 6pm. Been on the phone for days and get different answers from everyone I talk to. I'm over it. It's the only pharmacy that carries it or I would never come back.

Love Walgreens! Great deals, the pharmacy is a 24 hour facility and they do the best for you. I had a change of insurance and they were able to get the Rx covered in no time.

This pharmacy rarely answers the phone. When I’m there in person, the technicians are often texting or having personal conversations with each other while there’s a long line of customers waiting to be helped. The lines are consistently long both inside the store and at the drive-thru, leading to excessive wait times. In addition, the staff’s attitude often comes across as rude and dismissive. Overall, the level of customer service is very disappointing.

Disappointing... Came in at night (around 8:45pm) to refill a script while travelling, was told it would be finished in 45 min to an hour. Hour drive back at 11:30 am for pickup and was told the night time technician put the order in wrong and there were 140 fills before mine. They wouldn't have it until later that day. I asked if they could put a rush on it and was told they would see what they could do but no promises and would be at least another hour. Please explain how it was only going to take an hour 12 hours earlier but it wasn't ready upon pickup and was gonna be another hour to half a day before they could get to it. Make it make sense. If your people make a mistake, good customer service should tell you to make some accomodations. Ridiculous. I cancelled and refilled elsewhere.
