Walgreens at Sossamon & Broadway Pharmacist Martha. We were in Crisis Situation with our Canine’s prescription. Martha went the extra 1000miles to secure the proper ingredients from our Vet and we had the prescription within 2 hours. Canine is proving - Thank you Martha

The store is immaculate and the shelves well stocked. The pharmacy manager is Tia and is very knowledgeable and helpful regarding medications and instructive guidance for them. Tia was able to advance a difficult prescription that required a certain manufacturer and expedited the delivery within days. Martha is the pharmacist who is always available for solid counsel, clear instructions and guidance, and very knowledgeable on medication management and medication reconciliation for sequelae and interactions. Brittany is the pharmacy assistant who is extraordinarily helpful and pleasant in ensuring seamless communications and helpful guidance in support of customer service. Tia and Brittany ensure complete confidence for the consumer in dispensing prescriptions, accurate transfer of prescriptions, and prescriber guidance for prescriptions and patient safety in regard to possible interactions. Maria and Rebecca are the pharmacy assistants who are very knowledgeable regarding medication status and refills, and are always at the ready to assist with a pleasant and kind attitude, reflective of her helpful assistance. I received a courtesy call today for last minute pickup and I was unable to get to the pharmacy, so Rebecca was able to ensure that I receive important medications on time and offered to mail them to me. Adam is a pharmacy technician who is extremely knowledgeable on medications and ensuring that they are sorted carefully for every customer So that they can be distributed or delivered in expeditious manner. Critical thinking and professionalism are very important skills that the pharmacy technicians has Adam as well as the superior pharmacy team Tia and Martha exhibit on a daily basis. This is a very busy pharmacy with constant drive-through traffic that is handled expeditiously and professionally as well as in-house That show this is one of the most popular pharmacies in Mesa. Christian is an outstanding new addition to the pharmacy team and advance is excellent customer service and impeccable standards at the customer service counter as well as the drive-through. The drive-through is an excellent option as there is never a long wait to be served at the window and for prescriptions to be filled and Christian is another outstanding team member add adding to efficiency of the entire team. The pharmacy team is one of the best and can be relied upon for outstanding customer service and assistance. The drive-thru is a convenient option to entering the store and I have always received prompt service. Highly recommend this outstanding Walgreens store and Walgreens pharmacy.

Adam at the drive thru was so pleasant and helpful as well as his other two coworkers whose names I can't remember. Give those guys a raise, they deserve it!!!

Pharmacy is awesome 5 stars. However every time I go to checkout there is never anyone at the cashier. ALWAYS. And I go a lot. It’s frustrating as I go on my lunch break and have to wait for someone to check out always. I just feel like someone should always be at the cashier no matter what. It’s very frustrating however the staff is very lovely.
