Joe and Nancy to the rescue!!! The team working today exudes customer service. I called and explained the debacle I was in from another local Walgreens... "Disappointing... Came in at night (around 8:45pm) to refill a script while travelling, was told it would be finished in 45 min to an hour. Hour drive back at 11:30 am for pickup and was told the night time technician put the order in wrong and there were 140 fills before mine. They wouldn't have it until later that day. I asked if they could put a rush on it and was told they would see what they could do but no promises and would be at least another hour. Please explain how it was only going to take an hour 12 hours earlier but it wasn't ready upon pickup and was gonna be another hour to half a day before they could get to it. Make it make sense. If your people make a mistake, good customer service should tell you to make some accomodations. Ridiculous. I cancelled and refilled elsewhere." Joe and Nancy HANDLED it! I thanked the whole team profusely, but please extend my gratitude again! They are amazing and I am so grateful!

Why do they promote vaccinations so strongly here. Who is paying Walgreens to push this weird agenda in their stores? No I don't need a COVID or flu shot, can I just get my meds please!

The store associate Socorro is extremely unprofessional. She doesn’t ring up all of the items you put on the counter then when you go back to pick it up she argues with you in front of a store full of people thankful there was another male associate there to help. She insisted we didn’t give it to her but my item was still sitting on the counter.. if you shop this Walgreens you better make sure you have her each item and make sure she bags it and hands it to you. If you go back to pick it up she will argue and shout across the store telling you that you didn’t hand it to her. I will start going to CVS.

If you’re looking for your passport photos to be taken here. DONT. The employee who was sent to help me was absolutely the worst. Her attitude was inappropriate. Before even arriving to help me she was yelling and cussing at another employee about how the kiosk wasn’t working and she didn’t want to help. I was told to wait and when she came out she was visibly annoyed. I understand frustration with machinery but also I work in customer service too and you can’t let that affect the customers experience. She took my photo with no flash or no angle adjustments. I’m 5’9 and she was quite shorter than me and decided to take my photos from an unpleasant angle and far away. I look like I have no chin because of the lack of patience and time that she took to take it. She then went to the kiosk and started complaining about how it might not work out for me since the machine isn’t working. She just continued complaining and treating me like I was an inconvenience to her and the store. I really dislike the photos she took one of them was blurry so it was completely unusable. Overall, not a pleasant experience. The other employee did greet me when I walked in so there’s my two stars for this location.

An item I desperately needed to finish a recipe was not located on the shelves. The cashier remembered seeing some in the stockroom ready to bring out. She sent an assistant to retrieve them and walla I got my items and finished my recipe
