Gloria was so nice and helpful. There was another customer really having a hard time and being rude to her and Gloria didn’t sink to the customer’s level once. Major props to Gloria! Keep on shining and spreading kindness! :) They also got my photos and canvas done super fast. Love this location- it’s always reliable!

I had a clerk help me today and I think her name was Kristina; but I really can't remember. I was looking for heating pads and she went out of her way to help me in choosing two of your pads. Very kind, personable and patient. I can't really remember the last time I was helped by an associate in your store. She asked me if I needed help in finding anything and I was shocked!! Who uses these words in a retail store? I always get the impression that they do NOT want to talk with you, so don't bother them and ask them. But not this very sweet gal--she was more than willing to help me. It was really refreshing and so unexpected that I found myself not trusting her willingness. That's sad, but I think if you hire staff like this woman, you'll find that the older generation will start their shopping in your store instead of using it as a last resort. Thank you from me for your employee Kristina (I think her name was) who helped to make my day so much more pleasant and your cashier up front (Daniel?) was so pleasant and helpful too. Someone is very smart at your store hiring top quality employees and I am most grateful!! I'll definitely be back; I'll start with Wallgreens. WALGREENS HATES DIABETIC PATIENTS, in my opinion. The pharmacy frequently declares our prescriptions "delayed", then, when pressured, the prescriptions magically and immediately appear. This has happened several times in the past. This recent time they didn't have needles, which are necessary to administer diabetic medication. My spouse called the pharmacist, and their conversation became conflictive. As a result, I visited the pharmacy to acquire the needles that I KNEW they had. The pharmacist (name withheld) told me there had been an inventory error. Rather than just let that be the case he repeatedly told me during our interaction that he did not want to fill the prescription due to the conflictive discussion with my spouse. I told him to do what he felt ethically bound to do. In the end, he reluctantly, after much internal turmoil completed the prescription. This has led me to see other issues with the pharmacy. The glucometer test strips are rarely available, unless you buy the new monitor that goes with the available test strips. They delay prescriptions that they HAVE in STOCK! It makes me question their business and medical ethics. There is no way Walgreens has such poor inventory control to match their present "delays", so, lets see if they can explain this in a way that persuades me that their current mishaps are simply poor inventory control. At the end of the conversation, the pharmacist said we are no longer allowed to use Walgreens. Sad! I've been going there for the past 20 years. It is disturbing that their present pharmaceutical practices and Pharmacists have FORCED us to leave. ***Follow-up*** We changed pharmacies, I filed an ethics complaint with the State board of pharmacists. The Walgreens Store manager reached out in a personal email. He admitted to the inventory error, described his solution to avoid such errors in the future, and said he spoke with the pharmacist. He failed to address the ethics issue. The pharmacist needs to relearn ethics; he cannot refuse to complete a prescription after having an accountability discussion with a patient. What would make me happy, to learn that Walgreens made this pharmacist teach ethics to other Walgreen pharmacist.

Pharmacy Tech Stephanie went out of her way to obtain my 2nd payee on medical plan and Dr Paul worked thru his lunch hour to also help insure I had al benefits due me and filled 2 Ex's and saved me $45. They went beyond their duty to insure my plan got all its due benefits.

Staff is pleasant the pharmacist always takes time to explain and help, answer all my questiones .I don’t feel rushed and my medications always on time
