I love the option of drug stores. I hope they are always around. Sometimes Walmart target just doesn't cut it. .you trust these stores quality and above the average pharmacy and employees .wish they all were open all night. Miss the familiar manager Jose. Always so friendly for many years! Some long time employees really make a difference sometimes . Or just nice ones are important to me and good customer service. This is my all time favorite drug store. Also therefore brand is great Good sales ..online shopping easy and great. I wish my insurance used Walgreens.

Had a horrible experience at this Walgreens location due to the extremely poor customer service from a shift lead named Wylan. I went in looking for World Cup Book stickers, and the shelf clearly stated, “Ask store associate for Book and Stickers.” When I asked about purchasing them, Wylan immediately seemed annoyed and said there was a limit of 15 packs. Moments later, he changed it to 10 for no clear reason. When I questioned why he was personally deciding the limit, he responded that he “wasn’t supposed to be selling them anyway” because they were behind the counter and there wasn’t a price tag yet, despite the sign specifically instructing customers to ask an associate. The interaction became even more unprofessional when he told me he could either “sell me 10 or nothing.” I later went to another Walgreens location and was told there was no purchase limit at all. Very disappointing experience and some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered.

This pharmacy NEVER has my prescriptions ready. This time I came 3 days in a row and each day they promised to have it ready in 15 minutes and never did. I am now completely out of my antidepressants and they come with a very strong emotional and physical withdraw. I feel so angry and uncared about.

Unbelievable. Pharmacy is completely inept. Changed my appointment to another location yesterday, today I had another appointment and they gave my medication to someone else when they know how much they need to keep for appointments. Lastly, it's like they are on commission. They ask for non insurance prices and ignore that the system shows good rx. Go anywhere else.

My experience at this point is that they just make up the rules and policies as they go. You can call and confirm a service one day and the next day typically the same woman for me each time will deny the service or follow a completely different procedure for me then what she does with any other customer as I've seen it with my own eyes. Extremely discriminatory
