This is the BEST Walgreens location in the area. I used to go to a different one that is closer to my home, but I choose to fill prescriptions here due to the consistent awesomeness. Even its overall energy and environment is better than other locations I’ve been to. Every employee I’ve ever met has greeted me with kindness and a smile, whether at the photo stop or check out register as well. I have been coming here to pick up the same prescription every few months for about a year and a half now, and Robert has always been a familiar face. He has gone above and beyond numerous notable times to solve problems I’ve had with my insurance and ensure I can go home with my prescription. But as a whole, everyone here is great and the store is in amazing shape.

Robert at the Guadalupe & Higley location is truly a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful as I navigate complex pharmacology and insurance issues. His kindness and professionalism bring positive energy to what can otherwise be a frustrating and disheartening process. Many thanks and high praise for the outstanding service.

Shout out to the pharmacist Lisa! In my experience most pharmacists (or even pharm techs) just want to get you off the phone as quick as possible but Lisa stayed on the phone and took the time and effort to help me when I had an insurance issue. I’m extremely grateful for her kindness. Give this woman a raise!

Check your receipts because 9 Out of 10 times something is ringing up the wrong price. They are not friendly or accommodating when you go back WITH your receipt for a price adjustment

I have been coming to this Pharmacy for five years they were in fact, a saving grace during a time in my life when I was very ill. Leslie in particular is the only good thing left about this pharmacy. in this last three months, it is a whole different story. I went on Tuesday to pick up meds to be told Wednesday the male pharmacist then was short and frustrated with me. went In Wednesday to be told Thursday went In Thursday to be told tomorrow, Friday. When I Asked if they were sure…The Pharmacist Lisa Laughed at me and said “I don’t know at least they say it’s on the order” I am a well respected surgical manager and if we treated ANY patient with this lack of empathy we would be fired! I understand they can’t control some things but a so sorry and thank you goes a lot further than a snort and a sarcastic remark.
