5 stars for Shawn’s service! There was an older male manager there who I asked for help in finding an inhaler and he was not very friendly but told me where they'd be “if they had any”. He definitely wasn’t enthusiastic or eager to help me. I couldn’t find it in the crazy aisle and went back up to the register to ask for help again. I witnessed an employee, Shawn, being scolded and critiqued. The manager was being very mean to him. Shawn, even in the middle of being berated, came up to me very friendly, kind and eager to help. He actually walked all the way back to the aisle where the inhalers were supposed to be and helped me find the exact one. Amazing customer service! Thank you Shawn! This walgreens is very lucky to have an employee like him even if this manager guy doesn’t see that.

There new AI answering service makes you go through 5 prompts - give all your information including date of birth - then then just connects you to voice mail. Even if your not trying to call the pharmacy. Not worth the effort - I'm switching to Wallgreens where at least they don't make you spend 5 minutes answering questions before voicemail when they are busy.

Quite possibly a Walgreens with the rudest staff. In a current time when people are cautious about going to stores —this Walgreens location is a huge fail. Unfriendly, unhelpful. One employee was so rude when I asked about an item, I decided to just leave without buying anything. Thank goodness this is not the Walgreens where I’ve been getting my RXs for years...where everyone is nice, friendly, and always helpful. My insurance pays 100% for my Rx at CVS, but I choose my neighborhood Walgreens and make a small copay because the pharmacists are knowledgeable and have helped me many times. I will never go back to this Walgreens location.

Scheduled yellow fever vaccine after being told you needed a pharmacist there to administer it and one would be there every Friday. I scheduled it online showed up at my assigned time only to be told that there’s no pharmacist there. I asked what good it did for me to do an appointment and the clerk was extremely rude.

Kelsey in the pharmacy is a delight because she always smiles. Even if you’re sick and not feeling good going to the pharmacy, you’ll feel a little bit better thanks to Kelsey.
