Jason is a rockstar! Had me & the rest of the line smiling 😁 & giggling 🤭 He truly lightened the energy in the store & felt super welcoming & kind. Our brief interaction was nonetheless memorable. ☺️ I go to Walgreens A LOT, most workers seem to be either grumpy or tired. But he is the best Walgreens cashier I can remember. ❤️👏

I had a disappointing experience at this Walgreens due to a lack of attention at the customer service counter. When I walked in, an associate asked if I was there for a specific service. After I confirmed, she instructed me to wait at the customer service area. I waited there for about 10 minutes without being helped. During that time, another customer was also waiting. The associate I spoke with who I believe was the manager was visibly available but focused on tasks such as taking down a poster and going outside to retrieve carts, despite clearly seeing us waiting at customer service multiple times. Meanwhile, there was only one cashier actively helping customers, and she was understandably busy with a long line. Eventually, I approached the cashier to ask if someone would be assisting us at customer service. She apologized and explained she was the only one available at the moment. I appreciated her professionalism and apology. What made this experience frustrating was that the manager did not attempt to help relieve the cashier or assist customers waiting at customer service, even briefly. The lack of acknowledgment and prioritization felt unprofessional.

Fantast experience ever! We had a tragic death in the family. We have to leave town. My mom misplaced or threw away her pills. I called a pharmacy in Stan is able to give us some emergency. Thank you very much, Stan.You are the greatest pharmacist ever

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. The manager explicitly told us he would be at the store at a specific time, but when we arrived (after being sent to Walgreens as instructed), he was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, the front desk staff member not only confirmed he wasn’t there but did so with a terrible attitude completely dismissive and unhelpful. This kind of miscommunication and lack of accountability from management is unacceptable in any business setting. According to leading texts on customer service, clear communication and reliability are foundational to trust between businesses and customers. When promises are broken and staff respond rudely, it erodes confidence and damages the company’s reputation[4][5]. Moreover, effective complaint handling literature stresses that front-line employees should act with empathy and professionalism even when delivering bad news Unfortunately, my visit reflected none of these standards. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

This is relative to the photo department. This is not my first time dealing with horrible customer service. When I submitted an order for hand drawn copies of art I needed done that day, I was waiting for 6 hours with no call or contact saying they were OUT OF STOCK of the size photo paper. But when I am there telling them hey I need this done why didn’t I get any kind of call, they magically got my order done in person because they actually weren’t out of stock. Second time I’m trying to get a photo book printed for my Husband from a 🌶️ Photoshoot for Christmas (it barely shows anything as I hate showing too much of my body anyway) the day before I called to check on my order and they said there were a list of people before me but Megan told me they would for sure be done the next morning. Only for me to get a call from the manager saying my order can’t be completed? Absolutely unprofessional.
