I really tried to give this Walgreens pharmacy the benefit of the doubt… again. I had a wisdom tooth pulled and my dentist sent the prescription in while I was still in the chair. An hour after leaving, I called to check — was on hold for almost 30 minutes and was told it would be ready by 2:00 PM. No problem, I thought — maybe this will be one of the rare times things go smoothly. I got there around 2:00, and (surprise!) it wasn’t ready. They told me another 30 minutes. Fine. I asked for a text when it was ready, just in case it came through early. Two hours later, no text. I go back — still not ready. Turns out I can’t even get my ibuprofen until Monday, three days later. Meanwhile, I’m standing in line for another 15 minutes, and out of about eight people ahead of me, only two actually got their prescriptions. Everyone else? “Not ready yet” or “not available.” To be fair, the employees weren’t rude — they just looked like they stopped caring a long time ago. And honestly, I get it. But as a customer, it’s hard to feel any confidence when every visit feels like a coin toss between “maybe ready” and “try again later.” At this point, I think I’ll be making the drive to CVS. It’s a little farther, but at least there’s a chance I’ll get my meds before I completely heal on my own. it only took about another 20 minutes of waiting but I got my antibiotics finally. Note: This rating is for the pharmacy only. The rest of the store and staff would get a solid 4 stars — they’re great. But the pharmacy people? That’s a whole different story.

The pharmacy has lost all morale when filling prescriptions. I have been without my pen needles for my Lantus over three months. Not because a lack of a doctor prescribing but because they refuse to break a pack of 100 for a 30 day prescription. I literally have asked my doctor to rewrite the prescription three times. It took me a while to even understand how backhanded they are and why they never acknowledge receiving my prescription or completely ignoring it. Do not continue or begin to get your meds filled here. Like an earlier comment, they lost all humane emotions and duties at this location. CVS gives rewards back for every prescription so take your business elsewhere!

Female employee at the pharmacy in the back was very rude and yelled at me. I was polite about it, and I was telling her that my pills were gonna be in three nice size boxes. She yelled at me to lever her alone and let her do her job, there were other patrons in the store were staring at her.

Not only did one of the cashiers have the audacity to call on a worker on the floor to shop something for her, I had to go BACK in line after waiting an hour for my prescription that they said would take 20 minutes. Unfathomable. People need relief and operations here need help. This should be solved somehow

This Walgreens has been reliable whenever I’ve needed it. The store is usually clean and stocked, and I can almost always find what I’m looking for. The pharmacy staff have been helpful and respectful, which I appreciate a lot. Even when it gets busy, they still handle things professionally. Definitely a solid place to pick up meds and everyday essentials (the have the best candy isle… don’t make me regret letting yall in on that one lol)
