I walked into this Walgreens expecting a normal pharmacy experience, but instead I was greeted by loud yelling coming from behind the pharmacy counter. When I got closer, I observed a pharmacy technician yelling at fellow coworkers in front of a long line of waiting patients. It was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and created an uncomfortable environment for both employees and customers. The pharmacy staff gave excellent customer service after the incident was over. Healthcare settings should be focused on professionalism, teamwork, and patient care. Watching staff argue and raise their voices in front of customers does not inspire confidence in the pharmacy’s ability to provide quality service. I felt bad for the employees who were being spoken to that way and for the patients who had to witness it while waiting for their prescriptions. If I was employed with this Walgreens and had a co worker like that in which they made the environment toxic I would leave or file a complaint with HR This incident happened on 6-11-26 @ 4-4:30pm

This is the best pharmacy in Hampton Roads! My family’s prescriptions are always done in a quick and timely manner. They really go above and beyond! The whole staff is great but Morgan is the best, she always recognizes me when I come to pick up in the drive thru, she should be promoted. If I could give 10 stars I would 👍🏼

Best pharmacy out of any Walgreens I’ve been to! Excellent customer service, quick, and kind! The lovely woman running the drive through is always on top of her job, and even has my medication ready when I arrive at the window from remembering my vehicle! Morgan is the best, other Walgreens need to take notes!

Don't use this Walgreens. The professionalism is completely absent. Management doesn't call you back. Pharmacy is rude and dont provide timely refills. I'm taking my business to CVS. Someone should fire Morgan.

Not reliable. Let's you make appointment and then tell you they dont offer those services. First they said that walgreens doesnt do it but I know walgreens does because they've done it before and then when I told them they stated that the specific location doesnt do it. This is understandable but then they allow customers to make appointments for those specific services. Then they canceled the appointment. They could have checked the appointments first and called the customers to notify the unavailable service but they dont and had no remorse at all for making the customers make the trip just to go back home. Customer service was zero.
