I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service Michelle provided. From start to finish, she was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. I know that working with photo projects can sometimes be detailed and time-consuming, but Michelle handled everything with such care and attention. She truly took the time to understand my needs and made sure every detail was handled thoughtfully. I especially appreciate the genuine concern and dedication she showed throughout the entire process. It made a big difference and gave me complete confidence in the final result. Thank you, Michelle, for going above and beyond — your outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed!

What a difference this pharmacy makes. They are so thoughtful and hard working. Big shout out to Janiya she works the counter and drive through and the speed of 3 people. Dr Chongwong in the back was keeping everything move seamlessly. I didn’t see other two ladies names tags in the back but they were just as busy. So thankful I found a pharmacy that has shipping carts to put my toddler in while we wait for our rx. Also, a clean store. A staff that moves quickly to get sick people their medication and back home. Big thank you

Typical issues with being on hold, had a medication transferred to be ready at 3pm. Called and assured me it would be ready by 5:40. Waiting over half an hour in drive through just for them to tell me the medication was out of stock. Just do better.

I’ve looked at and worked with two different local pharmacies and two other national pharmacies before coming to this Walgreens. The people working the pharmacy in this Walgreens are top-notch. They’re customer oriented, responsive, communicative, and really there to try and help you. I’ve read some other reviews where people are upset; maybe they didn’t get helped fast enough, maybe something else happened. But I can tell you in all of my experiences, they’re working as fast as they can and as thoroughly as they can, while being polite and treating us the customer courtesy. And I just cannot say the same thing about another Natl Pharmacy I went to or a local pharmacy that I had the unfortunate experience to try to work with. This Pharmacy and the people behind that counter helping you to get your medication‘s they care about you and it shows.
