Went into Walgreens to order some pictures and order some canvas prints. Melanie one of the employees in the store was so helpful even finding me coupons to help reduce the price on my order. She helped me all the way through the procedure I was very happy I even told the store manager how much he had helped me, not often do in people customers tell the stores how good their employees are I feel that's underrated because so many employees go overboard to really help you and nobody ever knows that because nobody takes the time to tell the management so I did but thank you for a very good visit, that's why I shop Walgreens for all my pictures.

I had the orders put in on Tuesday for a medication, however by friday they still did not have the medication in stock. I was told there is a national shortage on the medication however this is not true. It is very simple to look up what medications are on a shortage list, so I really dont appreciate being lied to. I hate to give this pharmacy a 1 star review but at this point it is evident that they are absolutely dropping the ball. Then to fabricate a reason of why they don't have it in stock is the icing on the cake and the reason I will find another pharmacy that is on my way home from work.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Don’t transfer your prescriptions here unless you want days long wait times, inaccurate app information, and waiting in line for 20-25 minutes. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes to confirm the prescription was ready (took that long for them to pick up) , went up there, waited in line for 20 minutes, and guess what? Surprise! The prescription wasn’t ready! That is just one story out of many at this location. Save your time and go somewhere else!

Pharmacy is severely shortstaffed. Prescriptions always take multiple days to get ready. If you refill online, dont expect the guaranteed time to be correct... CALL first. I'd say my prescriptions are only ready about 10-15% of the time. Need more employees and better management. Plus, don't get an attitude when you dont have something ready... it's not the customers fault! Ordered refill on Fridayn phone guaranteed ready by 2pm on Monday... still not ready at 530 and employees were rude about it.

I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life nor have I had my medical information put out there for three other people in line behind me. I heard the head pharmacist saying some remarks to the lady taking care of my prescription at the register. I asked the lady at the register is there a problem with my meds. The head pharmacist came up and was questioning me about why my doctor changed my prescription and saying all my medical info about my prescription out there for everyone to hear. I didn't know it was legal to be questioned about why my doctor changed my prescription. My doctor changed my prescription because he's the one I trust to take care of my medical needs. I have never felt so uncomfortable.
