Rude customer service. I came in at 7:48 am to get my son's mickey mouse ballons where i purchased the ballons from. And he had an attitude right when I walked up to him. Im so upset its uncalled for. I said hi can I blow up my ballons I got from here.... we'll when did u purchase it ?? What do u mean ask for my proof of purchase instead of acting like I didnt buy it here. His whole body language and everything was disgusting.

Worst photo printing department. Twice I've had to just cancel an order for their lack of ability to simply so the print job I paid for. Once was in a banner printed at 72 dpi despite sending a 600dpi file. And them not even knowing what DPI meant. And this time it was a simple order of bookmarks. Absolutely no quality control. The first batch was entirely off centered and had a white border on 2 of the 4 sides despite the preview online showing it correctly. I had to request it reprinted, but same exact problem. They say they can't adjust any print settings, that it comes directly from the online order and they just press a button to send it to the printer. So SOMEwhere along the line, something isn't being done correctly and neither the folks in store or online will/can do anything about it. The most I got was a shrug and "I guess you want me to cancel the order." No. I would LIKE to be able to order a printed product as simple as a bookmark and for it to be simply printed. It took me 2 customer service chats over 45 minutes long to just to get them to print and mail it to me. I have little hope of it being correct. No disrespect to the workers who are just doing their job, but seriously. Walgreens, you need to train your staff on how to use the printer or get people who are qualified in photo printing. 15 years ago Walgreens photo department was the best around,and I believe, was owned by or worked in tandem with Kodak. High quality prints and photo gifts that were of impeccable quality.. Now it's like going to a public library printer... Highly disappointed. That said, the store itself is clean, organized, and the folks have always been friendly. No shade to the individuals who work there. I just really wish corporate would get it together.

I had a prescription delivered through the Walgreens app using Uber to deliver the prescription to my home. The prescription never made it to my address. I was unable to contact neither the driver nor Uber. I spoke with the pharmacy as well as the on-duty manager. Both stated they could not help me. Since Uber did the delivery, It was out of their hands. Since when does a store or company accept failure as a standard for doing business?

Walgreens pharmacy closes at 7pm and stays closed throughout the weekend what kind of Pharmacy can do business like this? Also constantly behind on my refills. After 10 years of being a loyal customer. I'm moving Pharmacy
