I mostly leave positive reviews on Google. But today, experiencing poor customer service at this location really got to me…. To me - our passport photo or the Driver’s License photo is once every 10 years. It will be nice if the photo looks nice. The young lady who assisted me never smiled. When I asked, is there is a mirror? She replied,” Bathroom” with a poker face. She did one take， and was ready to print. When I politely if she can take it again - she was visibly annoyed. By then - I have given up. Paid $18.39 and could not wait to get out of that store. Sadly, a previous bad customer service experience also happened at the Capital Plaza Walgreens location. I personally will never give my business to a company that does not even value very basic customer service interactions. How much I wish H-E-B or Target have photo services…

Refrigerator don’t work good awnser I’m really need some cold stuff and coolers don’t work by the way rude attitude customer service is terrible also I’m try to buy other stuff and a lady just run away by the door 🚪 steeling merchandise wowwww good drama 🎭 store is clean but no way plz fix the coolers ppl

I am almost 2 years customer in this Walgreen today his manager was very bad behave with me. I was returned something even he didn’t return that he just kicked me out of the door.

Good Morning Austin and Visitor's....forgive me but, I have to run errands. 🙋🏾‍♂️ If possible so a small thing for someone. Anyone! WE CAN DO "BETTER." I never try to change a person however, I have pointed out some behaviors in them, or people I encounter....."That Are Not Acceptable." 😳😤 Any type of rasicm, from any race.... towards another in a negative light: Keep It To Yourself. It's very busy and the pharmacy lines can be long but the pharmacy employees are very polite and knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help. The selection in the cold drinks area is very much lacking and products out of stock
