For the non locals, whilst this is called a "pharmacy" they actually sell a whole lot more than just medicine and prescriptions. For the Aussies, anything you can get from a chemist warehouse you can get from here, but also, anything from a news agency like greeting cards and stationery, but also they have film and photo services like office works and also hammers, extension cords, masking tape, and they've even got stuff from adult shops like vibrators, then also alcohol, so I don't really know how to describe this place but if you're missing something whilst visiting, you'll probably find it here lol. Staff were helpful but they keep their advice short, just how I like it (only cuz they're busy really). You can just grab anything you need from the pharmacy section upstairs and pay for everything downstairs.

I’ve had the best pharmacy experience here, with specifically the two I’ve mentioned. After living in Austin for 8 years, I’ve finally found a pharmacy I want to stick with—and after nearly a year of coming here, the service has never wavered. This is largely thanks to Nancy and Katsy (or Casey—apologies if I’m spelling that wrong, she was working this morning for reference). They are consistently attentive, organized, and genuinely kind, always on top of everything and making the process seamless every time I visit. It’s clear I’m not the only one who feels this way—you’ll see Nancy mentioned in so many other 5-star reviews, and for good reason. She’s truly exceptional, and together they make this pharmacy stand out. It’s not always easy dealing with pharmacy visits, but they consistently make the process quick, stress-free, and pleasant. CVS is lucky to have these two team members like this, and I truly appreciate the excellent service these two provide. Give these ladies an award! Only call out is the male pharmacist is quite rude. When I see Nancy it’s a blessing!

Honestly i wouldnt even purchase anything here if i were you. They are absolutely infested with RATS. and most of their inventory/items have all been contaminated by the rats and rodents and they still continue to put rat contamination items out on shelves including food/drinks and even BABY FOOD! Theres been times ive spotted rat droppings on some of these items! very concerning disgusting and dangerous. Also the management team treats their employees poorly and the older woman with grey/blode hair has a serious attitude problem towards costumers. However , i do appreciate the staff upfront for being very kind and helpful i believe the names are Fabio , Kristianna and Maria. This store needs to seriously be shut down.

Super gross place. Elevator was broken, blood on the walls of the stairwell, boogers on the cooler doors, and over all dirty place. If it wasn’t an emergency I would have gone somewhere else. Never go here. Especially for a place that sells hygienic things. If the health department went here I’m sure they would shut it down.

Talk about the worst pharmacy store in the world. Can’t get anybody to help you, we literally went inside and there was not one person working, anybody could’ve stole everything from the whole market. I definitely would not come here if you need help. The only person working is at a register downstairs.
