So I am a super loyal Walgreens fan and have been for years. But the customer service at this particular store went so far above and beyond my experience that I had to rate this. Many thanks to the store manager that helped me with a passport photo crisis!!!! I already knew Walgreens is awesome. Now I know that the store on Mesa Drive is one of the best of the best!

This is a standard Walgreens, with the pharmacy that closes a little early. Some Walgreens have a small clinic just inside the front door, this one does not. The pharmacy closes at lunchtime, so plan accordingly.

THIS and this Walgreens specifically is a 10/10. I had a dosing question and the pharmacist manually researched my problem and followed up with me a personalized phone call. Such attentive service in corporate America? Never would I ever have guessed that! PS no drive through so you have to go inside but the staff works hard and the line if there is one moved fast.

I am so grateful to have this Walgreens near our home. I am especially grateful for the hardworking people in the pharmacy. They are always so helpful- whether I am bringing in the family for group vaccinations or I have questions about OTC drugs. I want to express a special thank you to Emily in the pharmacy for helping me find the best price on a prescription that I was struggling to find an affordable price on. The staff here are real life changers.

The pharmacists there handling pickups were friendly and efficient, but the council there had no patience and acted as if all my questions about the medication were dumb. Then what was the point of having a council there?
