This Walgreens is very convenient. I walked in and Britany met me at the door and guided me towards things that I needed. Brittany was very helpful and courteous. The store was super clean and everybody was so nice.

Asked to use restroom, the gentleman told me to ask the manager as I’m walking towards the manager there is a sign that said NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. Now why would have me waste time when you knew I couldn’t use the bathroom. Like at some point your going to have to tell someone no stop sending them to the manger.

The employees make zero acknowledgement when you’re right in front of them. Max was at the register at the photo dept and I was waiting for him to finish so I could pick up my photos. After he was done doing whatever he was doing he just walked away with his AirPods in like I hadn’t been standing there waiting the whole time. I then pressed the customer service button since there was another girl in the store working near the photo dept. She popped up with a blank stare looking annoyed that I even needed anything while Max returned and turned off the customer service button. Hire people who actually want to work here.

This location never has anything i need that one would expect to find at a neighborhood pharmacy theyre always out of stock idk who does their ordering but they need to get someone else. Milk always sold out, Carmex chapstick sold out, distilled water sold out, glasses repair kit sold out, they have all these random holiday goods but nothing people actually need. They probably think they dont have to spend as much stocking food because dias market is across the street but im not trying to spend $7.99 for a half gallon of fancy milk thats gonna expire in a week when I could pay $3 for a regular gallon on milk. This location could be making alot more money if they stocked actual things people need to buy daily and keep those items in stock.

On Sunday, I called to inquire about getting a passport photo. Upon arrival, I asked the cashier for directions, as it was my first visit. He told me that he couldn't take pictures because he was the only staff member present and that I had to wait for another employee. I mentioned that I called ahead to confirm availability and was told it was okay. He was on his phone and seemed rude. I will not recommend this location for passport services.
