Customer service is not that great. I was in the store to pick up an order I was singled out. I was judged by the cashier who calls security on me security. The undercover security pretended as if he was a customer. He never purchased anything, he disappeared into the back of the store. He watched me to see if I was going to pick up anything to steal out of the store. everything I picked up I was getting a price check or either I purchased it. I heard the cashier tell security to scan the store.

This is the only 24-hour pharmacy in Austin, yet prescriptions routinely take hours upon hours to be filled. My medication is time-sensitive, and there seems to be little urgency or concern. On top of that, the phone is never answered, making it impossible to get updates or advocate for care. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for patients who are sick and relying on timely treatment.

The pharmacist, male, that works nights at this pharmacy is one of the worst I have dealt with. He doesn’t answer phone calls, goes to the window after making people wait 10 plus minutes, will fill others prescriptions before yours even though you are waiting in the parking lot and there is no one else there - saying you need to wait be put in a que of orders he is filling for people picking up later. Worst customer service. Hopefully management sees this and puts him on corrective action or better yet has him find a new job. My next issue with him will be reporting to the pharmacy board.

I rarely give out bad reviews, but the guy with black plug-earrings who works in the pharmacy, has been rude, sarcastic and unpleasant on three different occasions now. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after three times of being treated disrespectfully, I wanted to mention it. It's not cool to talk to people like that

Google and their phone line (which nobody ever answers) told me they were open until 1:30am. I drove 30 mins at night to get antibiotics whilst sick only to find they closed at 10pm. It’s not hard to make sure your hours are correct. Now I have to try and transfer the medication to somewhere closer to me tomorrow which will be a nightmare if they don’t pick up their phone.
