Just read the other reviews they’re just as accurate as they can be. My hometown Walgreen’s of Bastrop Texas didn’t have my medication and this was the only place that did. It was submitted at 8 o’clock in the morning and I was told just wait an hour and we’ll have that ready for you. After waiting for four hours, I’ve decided it was time to leave. When I called back an hour later, I was then told it Wasn’t in their system. I told them I was the person waiting since this morning and they put me on hold only to hang up on me after 10 minutes of waiting on the phone.. I decided to drive back over because the automated phone service sucks and kept hanging up on me also. I get over here and they tell me to come back later, they We’re now taking a lunch and come back at 3:30. I just really hope someone doesn’t have a swollen face like myself and infection that puts you in the hospital also like myself. You might just die.

Very bad experience. On Tuesday I went to get a passport photo, and they told me it was already too late—even though it was 8 PM and they close at 10. Today I went back, and the employee, Lea, wouldn’t even look at me while speaking. She spoke very quietly and seemed unwilling to do her job. It was a tense and unpleasant situation for no reason.

The people who work at the store are so helpful and nice it just made my experience that much more. I would like to especially mention a young lady in Esme who helps me every step of the way. Thank you Walgreens.

DONT TAKE PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE SAVE $22. Awful store, took passport photos here, it took multiple attempts, the employee was incompetent and it got rejected because of the background. THEIR background. I called to speak to the Walgreens two days later, and they were extremely unempathetic and said I could come in Monday to speak to “Sarah” when I asked who sarah was the employee went silent on the phone. I hung up due to a severe lack of professionalism.

Appears the reviews are accurate. Called multiple times only to be immediately hung up on by pharmacy after waiting on old each time 15-20 minutes.
