Geoff Sergeant a month agoThey're always busy but the drive thru usually moves at a decent pace, it's usually taking a long time because people seem to think arguing with the pharmacy tech is gonna change the fact that Health Insurance companies are trash. Anyway, they get me my drugs, they're conveniently located, they have good hours for my schedule. What more do you need?
Sheetal Krishna a month agoI had placed an urgent order to print a few sheets of important documents that I needed to mail out and it was the worst printing experience I’ve ever had! I got there before I received the email about the order being ready for pickup because I needed to get them ASAP figuring they could just print it when I got there. The staff was incredibly supportive but not a single machine was. The staff found my order and hit print but they were continuously struggling with system errors which turns out was caused because one of the documents was of a copy of my driver’s license and apparently Walgreens doesn’t print documents with IDs. It would have been great if I had been informed of it while I uploaded the documents and placed the order so that I could have gone elsewhere to print it, but wasted so long at the store. Then when we figured out the issue, I asked the person to skip that file and print the rest. The machines literally took an entire 30 minutes to print like 5 sheets of paper which is insane. The employee knew I was in an extreme time crunch to get these printed before the post office closed (which it ultimately did by the time I got there) and was standing right by the machine trying to get them to me ASAP but the machines were absurdly slow. Even subtracting the time it took to figure out the technical issues, the active printing time was just unacceptable. Also, I don’t understand why simple documents are being printed in thick paper. I just wanted a couple of ordinary document prints, not posters. Get a couple of new, ordinary printers PLEASE.
A I plus me a month agoWalgreens is my go to for adding cash to my bank card and my TP and paper towels Purchases as well. A very clean well stocked with fabulous up front of store customer service! I enjoy going almost daily great make up deals too.
Z D 4 months agoThis pharmacy has consistently had issues with keeping proper stock of multiple medications, and that by itself would not be worth posting a bad review. I would, however, consider the following totally unacceptable: I had to accept a partial refill of a medication due to their consistent short supply. I accepted the partial and waited to receive a call when the rest was in stock. I never received a call, used the medication, called them back again. They told me because it had been four days I would not be able to get the rest of my medication. My insurance company thinks that I filled the entire prescription and is now unwilling to pay for the refill request I submitted with a different pharmacy for an additional two weeks. I'm quite certain none of this is standard procedure and the people in the pharmacy are simply disorganized, misinformed, or overwhelmed.
Courtney Czar 7 months agoIt is almost comical, except it’s not, how unbelievably rude the pharmacy staff is. Not a one off, but every time and with every person from the pharmacists to the techs, just salty, and often hostile. They have an ipad type check in system at the counter which consistently results in 5 to 10 people just standing there waiting and being totally ignored and in the dark about whether anyone is even filling their prescription or if it’s already available. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stood there with other people and alone while we all stare at an empty counter watching people work behind it, no one being helped or communicated with while we wait for an elusive text for when we actually talk to someone. It is nuts. This feels like healthcare truly circling the toilet bowl. It is not your customer’s fault if management is bad or the new system is a failure. The staff is 10 times saltier and less patient than the folks waiting around without a clue as to what’s going on. Most people understand waiting your turn and can be patient when it’s clear what’s happening and where you are in a line and who’s helping who.Ugh, if this is the future god help us.
