The other reviews speak for themselves but this is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They literally don't fill your prescriptions unless you escalate. They just sit there. They close whenever they feel like it, drive-thru was non-functional for so long due to "staffing issues." Homeless people constantly loitering outside. Walgreens corporate needs to investigate this location ASAP and due something. Horrible

2/20/25 My husband was making a purchase and the cashier seemed irritated and had a sour look on her face. He said she should smile and she stiffened up and pursed her lips. He asked her if he did something to make her upset and she replied that "she didn't like old men telling her to smile, that it grossed her out." He was quite shocked that she would be that rude as a customer service representative for a major chain. When he got home he scanned the QR code on our receipt and received a message that the survey had already been completed so we were unable to complete the survey or enter the sweepstakes.

I called and asked a specific question about the photo services and they confirmed they could do it. When I arrived they THEN found out they couldn’t actually fulfill my order. The manager was in the pharmacy complaining loudly about other customers. Just bad location in general.

I’ve been using this pharmacy over 8 years and all of a sudden they start acting ignorant. Acting like they can’t hear in the drive through which is closed more often than for no employees wanting to work. The pharmacist Kimberly has an attitude all of a sudden and then the other pharmacist all of a sudden gets an attitude because I told them my husband was “invalid” lol I could have said I was a widow but that’s none OF their business. Now they want to act concerned about medication for MY KIDS. It’s not their job to question the patient. THE DOCTIR SENT IT. your JOBBIS TO FILL IT. INSURANCE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO SHOULD POSE ANY QUESTIONS AND THEY WILL DENY IT IF THEY DEEM IT NOT NECESSARY. But it’s OKAY, I HAVE TIME TO CALL CORPORATE TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND WRITE GOOGLE REVIEWS.

Ok, problem here with one of your employees. She dont look up at people. Looks down on her phone while walking around. She almost ran into me twice. Thats very rude! Teach her some customer service. Around 4 pm behind the photo lab. Young girl.
