Dude the lady with glasses who worked at 5am Sunday , April 26 is literally an angel. My friend and I got lost around north loop after we decided to go for a walk and both our phones died. Thankfully Walgreens was open and she let us charge our phones there and hang out and drink water and eat . Im the friend and she was AMAZING!!!! She not only charged my phone made sure we were okay and had water but saved to girls from death!!! Genuinely give this woman a raise!!!

I had a very negative experience with Donhie. Their behavior toward me was unprofessional and inappropriate for a customer service role. I felt I was treated unfairly, and the interaction did not meet basic standards of respect and professionalism. Employees in customer-facing positions should be able to communicate respectfully and handle situations without making customers uncomfortable.

The manager the bald white guy with the glasses he was nonpleasant at all. I asked if they had any pokemon cards. He was very rude and dismissive when I approached him. He didn't even look at me at all and I asked "did they have any pokemon cards available? He said no we don't and I looked around there were some sleeves on the shelf because I looked for them myself. Then asked the nice girl at the photo counter did have any she said yes in proceeded to help me. She needs a raise for her kindness. I guess they just let anyone become a manager 🤷 good grief what a grouch he was man.

The male pharmacist there who "runs the whole pharmacy" is wildly rude and aggressive. He shouldn't be interacting with the public with his anger issues and short fuse. I am concerned for my safety around him and I am now not comfortable going to this location due to the unstable pharmacist. I transfered my medication to another pharmacy location, where I was treated with respect and kindness.

Donhie was extremely unprofessional and handled the situation poorly. I was blamed for a misplaced item that had nothing to do with me, which is unacceptable. The way I was treated felt disrespectful and inappropriate for a customer service environment. If someone can’t treat customers fairly and professionally, they shouldn’t be in that position
