I’m not sure who the ladies names were (I wish I did) but I had a horrible experience. The lady who helped us in the photo area started commenting on my baby’s foot. He wasn’t fussy so what’s it to her. The lady who was manning the front register was even rude. She was mad because the there is a hole in the counter and my son accidentally dropped his toy car in there. First off, why the hell is there a hole to drop stuff in on a register counter. She was mad because I wasn’t going to just let his toy go and she had to help get it out. Second, I was given a rewards coupon from the photo lady and I wanted to use it but dropped it in the store and she was rude about helping me find it. She had an attitude for everything. Probably cause I wouldn’t let her finish her gossiping with other coworkers. Either way, worst customer service from this place. The Walgreens on tech ridge has better service.

When I come to this Walgreens and I see Christian at the cash register, I smile. He is such an awesome young man always willing to be of service, very kind, cordial and above all asks me how is my day. I wish him the best of luck in all he does because I'm sure with that pleasant attitude and top notch work ethic, he will be successful in his life's goals, whatever they are or will be.

Thank you so much to Daniel and Tatiana. They helped me get two huge photos prints for Mother’s Day in record time when we were in a rush. The quality came out great and they were personable, clear on expectations, and so helpful. Thanks

If I could give negative stars I would. The male pharmacist Amit was so rude and hung up the phone multiple times. He was very condescending and has overall very very poor customer service. If you try to speak he speaks over you with an uncalled for attitude. Overall horrible experience.

The male pharmacist there has been rude on multiple occasions. He seems to not care about the care and concerns of the people needing prescriptions. It seems to bother him to explain key points about a new medicine. He is dismissive and callous. Doesn't care to explain instruction on new meds. The pharmacy operations manager was very nice and helpful. I will switch to a different Walgreens.
