I actually did not mind shopping here but these two employees a white lady and Hispanic girl are the most foul, ill mannered ppl I have ever seen in retail! Mind you instead of de-escalating a situation with someone they cause chaos on Christmas day with me over someone else accusing me of stealing from the store! I just shopped there earlier and did not see them! All year I shopped at this store! Never had a problem! Everything was alright so I went later to get cash back with my family and returned for the same service! Well these wo unprofessional delinquents walked up to the register and denied me service for no reason! I feel like I saw both of them before and they tried to deny me cash back but I let it go! Well today as I am in checkout one of them Snatched the bag away and refused service because they saw me as a threat and had other people from outside staff try to attack me and extort me from the store that did not even work there! I have the whole incident and people face instigating a physical fight on video! I was smart enough to not put hands on anyone and was alright leaving! They will not get my money again! And yes these two need to be reported or fired for abuse of authority and disorderly conduct! Stay away from here!

PHARMACY IS NO LONGER 24 HOURS. They have not bothered to update that one google, which still says 24 hours. I requested an edit so hopefully that gets fixed and nobody has to go through what I did last night. I'm posting a screenshot of their actual pharmacy hours per their corporate website.

Mrs Laura is very helpful, kind,hard working, always haves a very positive attitude and keeps her customers happy 😊. Thank you also to all Walgreens staff. Great location great people. Highly recommend for those who haven't visited this store.

Inhumane check in at pharmacy. They try to ignore you unless you check in digitally. I understand you're busy but I hate this robotic culture people are so happy about. Customer service ishanging on by a thread nationwide. Ive been here too many times in the past 6 months... They don't sell neti pots or distilled water. It's over $3 for a box of tissue but ypu can get 3-packs for under $7 elsewhere. Same w OTC meds. Super overpriced. I only come here out of desperation, proximity, and the 24-hr status. Plan ahead if u can and avoid. Also they state HIPAA prevents them from telling me over phone what the Rx is that my dic ordered, even after verifying my identity. I was forced to read from a list until they said yes or no. When I go to pick up, they say the med name out loud AND force me to state my address. Bogus. Seems more dangerous to do that while I am standing there for all to see. Next time I will write my info down to avoid this

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the pharmacist on duty the morning of 05/21/2026. He was rude, arrogant, dismissive, and acted like a know-it-all from the moment I approached the counter. My physician specifically sent over a written prescription for the shingles vaccine because I am immunocompromised. Instead of reviewing current medical guidelines, the pharmacist immediately told me I could not receive it “because I’m immunocompromised.” That would only make sense if this were a live vaccine which it is NOT. The vaccine being prescribed was Shingrix, the recombinant (non-live) shingles vaccine, which is specifically recommended for many immunocompromised adults. This is well established guidance. I fully understand pharmacists have an important role in catching prescribing errors, and I respect that. But this was not a prescribing error. This was a case of someone confidently giving outdated information while speaking down to a patient and disregarding the prescribing physician. The interaction was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful
