The manager Amanda is rude as all hell. She made a mistake and $500 of mine is stuck in there system and she refuses to refund me. I have had to speak with corporate multiple times to resolve the issue and it’s still not resolved. Ms Amanda over here call me this morning with the most distasteful attitude, trying to make it seem that this situation is my fault. She raised her voice and used unprofessional language to imply that I was dumb and wrong. She also has spent the last month avoiding me via phone call and in store. I was told previously by her employee that she would be in stores on X date when I showed up to the store I was told by a different employee that she doesn’t work today. Which is funny because when I called the store after seeing she “wasn’t there” the man I was speaking with said “well that’s what she told me” I asked who told you that (able to hear a mumbled female voice in the background) and he replied “oh ummmm she ummm left it in an email”. right an email. I now have no escalate this issue to a district manager, which I hope will resolve the issue. If not, I have no problem escalating it further. Hi Amanda, maybe learn how to speak to ur customer with respect and dignity I would hate to see you lose ur job over this. 🥰😘

This place is a nightmare. If I had any other option to refill my meds I’d never go back. Anytime you call for any pharmacy related issues or questions they straight up will not answer or put you on hold immediately then pick up only to immediately put you on hold again. It’s absolutely maddening. Prepare for a full day of calling and being put on hold if you don’t plan on driving there in person. This is not a one time event, this has been the case at this location for years. Unless you have to use this pharmacy i recommend avoiding it at all costs

Stephanie O. Floater pharmacist. Rude. Nasty. Uncaring. Doesn’t know what she is doing. Requires help from multiple people to the detriment of patients waiting lengthy amounts of time to pick up their rx.

Pharmacy didnt submit insurance information properly for RX and sold cash price. The store pharmacy refused to reverse the billing. I had to call Walgreens Retro Claim department to get reimbusement. Make sure you double check the price the local pharmacy told you and make sure they submit insurance information properly before paying them or otherwise it will be a rabbit hole to get the reimbursement back

I have to get my RXs at CVS but I do all the drugstore shopping here! It is 100 times cleaner, bigger, and better lit. The aisles are wide and they always have everything you ever need. People are sweet there too.
