Pharmacist, Dianna, went out of her way to get me a much needed prescription I couldn't find in stock elsewhere. Got my prescription filled the same day. She took personal initiative to find a solution when the prescription hit a roadblock. Helped me realize that even in a big company, there are individuals who still believe in caring for the customer. I'm impressed.

Never a smooth transaction with the pharmacy. “Ready for pick up”- it’s not. Canceling orders. ZERO Communication. Understaffed or just incompetent. AVOID

You need to teach your kids some manners. Customer service training for Blake would probably benefit him. Although I have not had great experience with very many people at this location, the Pharmacy to be exact.

TiJay was filling in at this location and what blessing it was! Bringing my wife to tears in helping us save money on my very expensive meds. He was sent there i believe by God to help us!
