Genuinely the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I keep trying to get my meds here cause they're close to home but they always find some reason to push me away or make it take two hours constantly being told it'll be thirty minutes. And don't even think about trying to use the phone the pharmacy just picks it up and puts you on hold. I've tried for multiple hours at a time and the only time the queue gets shorter is when someone hangs up. This location is always understaffed and I always have to wait on someone to be called to the register to check me out. Idk why there isn't someone on the register at all times but it's so annoying. Definitely just do not use this location, whatever is wrong with it has to do with whoever is in charge of it.

Prescription was sent this morning, tried calling not only this location but all locations around the mid del area and all phones are down, so there is no way to see if your prescription is ready. So once you go up there and wait in the long line they tell me "they just received it" which is what i overheard them tell everyone else that was there trying to pick up their prescriptions. I let the lady know it was sent hours ago and she said to come back in an hour. So be prepared to have to drive up there for anyone to even start filling your prescriptions. I have used walgreens all my life but will now move all my medication to Walmart or somewhere else, because the lack of simply giving a damn is beyond ridiculous.

To the lady there tonight by herself at about 10:30pm who made EVERY effort to find a Primatine Mist inhaler when I was blacking out due to not having asthma medicine, Thank you a MILLION TIMES OVER!!! THIS woman needs to be recognized for her compassion and kindness. She literally saved my life!!!!!

Seems pretty chill for the most part but I asked a pharmacist if they had anything that would help my dog with a respiratory infection and he acted like that question was the stupidest most waste of his time he had ever heard lol even though he was doing absolutely nothing and didn’t even try to point me in the right direction, so I said okay my bad was just a shot in the dark? Just annoying cuz I came for some professional advice lol so anyway not helpful

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Zero acknowledgment of a client standing and waiting after approaching their window whilst having waited patiently in line. Would not recommend this location under any circumstance.
