This is the Walgreens closest to me so I have no choice but to be patient with them. The pharmacy is always struggling with either being short staffed or just straight up not open for business. The biggest problem is the untrained or just straight up lazy staff. I went in today to process a refund. I had the items I needed returned, my receipt, and my ID. Miriam was ready to help when she stumbled upon an “invalid date” error message. My ID expires today and that’s why it refused my transaction. Miriam didn’t know how to proceed so she called over a man who she referred to as “Alex”. Alex was busy in Photos so he said it would be a minute. He come over and just says we can’t process the refund and walks off. I fussed and said I didn’t need the ID to purchase any of the items, I’m still the same person I was 4,5 days ago when I made the purchase and that I needed a refund. Instead of finding a solution in the name of at the very least mediocre customer service, Alex walked off leaving undertrained Miriam to her own devices. I get being tired, I get it’s not their fault that they’re not trained properly, and whatever else not but there should be no excuse for not meeting customers half way with half decent customer service even if it’s fake. The managers need to step it up and get this store back up and running like it did a few years ago. Thank you Miriam for your help and patience, Alex needs a redbull and maybe an office job if he’s so apathetic. There’s a young skinny white girl with colorful hair who truly runs that store like it’s no one’s business, because of this I’ll give them yet another shot.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is trash and completely worthless!! They are always closed then when I tried calling them i sat on the phone for well over an hour. My prescription was sent to them on Friday so I called on Monday sat on the phone over an hour then the smart ass pharmacy tech told me he couldn't get to my prescription until Wednesday cus they was closed. Im on meds for my heart and blood pressure and can't just not take them. I had to have my prescription switched to a different pharmacy and they had them ready in less than an hour. This place is worthless and it should be shut down. They never answer their phones and if they do you gotta wait over an hour to talk to anyone then they are smart asses. DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE WORTHLESS!!!!!

Litterly the worst Walgreens I've ever had to deal with. One of the manager is rude as hell, had a worker argue me down then when I was right they never apologized, the pharmacy is never open when I go there. Or there has been a problem getting my meds every time I've gone there. I absolutely hate having to deal with this Walgreens. Glad I'm moving and no longer have to deal with this place. Wish I could give zero stars.

I have come twice in separate occasions to pick up some pictures I ordered. And I had the same problem with the same person her name is Melisa she is older woman with glasses. When I would come and pick up my pictures she would make up fake excuses about my why pictures were missing and that she had “no idea where they could be” and NEVER apologized or seemed like she cared. They are disorganized. And on the same 2 occasions she miraculously found the pictures and had TO PRINT THEM WHEN I WAS THERE. so what is the point of ordering ahead when either way I have to wait for them to print them off for the first time. She just lies and is lazy. She has the worst attitude and when I asked Melisa why it keeps happening where they “can’t find” my pictures and she responds with a snarky “well it seems like its you and it just happens to you” . Like what am I supposed to say? And she never offered a solution. She is just plain terrible at her job. I will not be coming back I suggest that everyone should take their business somewhere else. It’s terrible here. So disappointed in Melisa. Everyone else seemed nice though.
