Just another quick 30-45min wait in line for my prescription pickup. 🙃 Might be worth utilizing maybe one additional cashier to help when customers are having insurance issues or whatever else at the checkout and holding up the line. Food for thought.

We will never use this pharmacy again. Staff at the drive thru are so rude and don't listen to anything other than your name and dob. My medication is for epilepsy. For the 3 Mos I have tried to fill this rx at this location, it has been one problem after another. The stress is overwhelming. Don't even try calling, I've sat on hold several times for over 30 mins. Even my Dr had to finally hang up after holding 42 mins. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional and no compassion whatsoever. Done with Walgreens!

I went inside to get medication picked up..... fully expecting it to take awhile and be an unpleasant experience (as I have had a few of those recently). Instead,as I stood in line waiting..... I watched an incredibly KIND staff member show top tier guest service! He took his time to listen to each person, while keeping the line moving and just being genuinely kind. He had such a great "energy" and people were smiling and laughing..... which is rare in prescription pickup lines". When it was my turn, he was equally as friendly. I complimented him on showing such guest service and bringing really good energy, and he was very appreciative. I asked for his name so I could pass on a compliment. His name is Evan 😃 With so much sadness and conflict going on every day...... it wad so nice to see a staff member spreading a little joy 💜 Thank you Evan ✨️

This is the worst Walgreens in the state. You wait on hold for 45 minutes until the system times you out and says call back. Happens over and over. Once you get someone, they say to call back when they are better staffed. I just need a Rx transferred and the website and app says I have to call the pharmacy, yet you can’t get a single person take your call. Someone needs to deal with staffing or manners or something.

If I could give 0 I would one car in front of me at the drive thru at 9pm and it took over 30 minutes to pickup my prescription. If people are gonna take that long send them inside it’s pretty simple. Or send another tech over for help. There was multiple pharmacists just talking and laughing with each other. Took the woman 10 minutes alone just to find my one prescription. There’s no way a drive thru line should ever take that long.
