Great experience picking up my prescriptions. Young lady that rang me out was very friendly & helpful! Had to wait less than 5 minutes for things to be completed. (My only complaint, I had signed up for text alerts & also called in to their pharmacy line. Recorded info said order would be ready for pick up between 5 & 6, which it was...but had not received a text)

Always a delay here. Waited way too long to be helped and there was no one in front of me and also no one even at the front register for several minutes to give you an idea of how dead it was. Why offer a service if you plan to consistently make people wait at the photo/pickup counter? Literally has happened probably 4/5 times that I go to this Walgreens.

I just wanted to come in and use the ATM and had a homeless guy outside the front door asking me and everyone for money. When I said No, he got mad and cussed. This has become a big problem. You need to provide a safe environment at your stores. Call the police on these homeless people when they harass customers!

Your time is limited, the scans you've gotten away with boomers, and Gen. X is not gonna work on millennials or Gen. Z trying to charge someone $2300 for an antibiotic is absolutely crazy. Insane, when I can get the exact same pills on Amazon pharmacy delivered to my door for $45. You guys need to get a grip and humble yourselves and get a reality. Check before Walgreens is the next blockbuster. Absolutely.Uncalled for and price gouging is insane

Was trying to buy syringes for my ozempic. Waited over 35 minutes, while numerous people were helped and left with full prescriptions. Not sure if I was being profiled for buying syringes, or if they just didn't want to have to stop filling high value drug prescriptions for something as mundane as needles. But either way, absolutely terrible customer service.
