Walgreens is great the drive through pharmacy tech is fantastic Dee… she always remembers my name and gets my prescription before I even ask for them!! She very friendly and always has a great smile m, she makes my day every time I drive through!! Remember DEE

I came to this Walgreens on 02/14 to get my prescription. I went through the drive thru and sent my card up the tube. I got my prescription and headed home. On my way I noticed Walgreens had charged my card again roughly 5 minutes later for $10.00. I locked my card and got a notification that they tried to charge me again for $14.95. I called and was on hold for about 4 minutes before Walgreens called my phone to inform me I left my card. The guy that called me was extremely rude after I asked him to please stop trying to charge my card. The man claimed they did not use my card and stated I was only charged for my regular prescription. I told him they ran my card several times. He denied the charges and argued with me. I had to give him the exact times my card was charged. He finally found the charge and said he refunded me. He in fact did NOT refund me. I know it’s only $10.00. Honestly I wouldn’t have been mad if the man didn’t call me and be completely and utterly rude. He basically told me it was my fault for leaving the card in the tube. I had to put my entire forearm in the tube to get my prescription out… also, the customers behind me didn’t notice my debit card? The employee didn’t realize she used the same card three times within a 10 minute time frame? It’s a heavy metal matte black card. I had to callback in the beginning of May to finally get someone to give me my money back. They gave me $10.00 cash and didn’t really seem to care. This place is a joke and the employees suck!

I dread picking up my prescriptions at this location bc of the wait time. NO LIE you will be in line at the drive thru for 30-60min or more. I will never understand what the hold up is! Same goes for in store pick up. There’s always a line down the aisle that takes FOREVER! Also, don’t waste your time calling- you’ll be on hold for at least an hour or more. When you’re finally able to be helped, their customer service is trash. They’re rude, slow, & not helpful at all! The pics included is the line of cars & no one at the window (I came at 5:30PM- not a meal break time). Like the other reviews state, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I brought in a paper script for two meds and the pharmacy tech typed it in right in front of me and said it would be ready in a couple of hours. I called a few hours later to check on it and turns out the lady never even entered it into the system. The pharmacy tech I was speaking to then didn’t even seem to care or act like it was a big deal.

My insurance has changed and I had to purchase my medication from a different location. This specific Walgreens had the best customer service. Eli was very friendly and helpful.
