I had a disgraceful experience at this location. I came in to resolve an issue with valid digital rewards (Catalinas) that didn't print. Despite me having clear photos of the active shelf tags for Neutrogena, Colgate, and Crest, the manager was incredibly rude and sarcastic. She flat out lied, claiming the offers were 'Not Available' and even went as far as defacing/scribbling over my receipt to dismiss my claim. When I requested a full refund due to their dishonesty, the manager intentionally made me wait for over 20 minutes while she stared at me through a glass door doing nothing. She demonstrated a total lack of training, creating a mess with the return process and forcing me to accept a store credit card instead of returning my rewards points to my app. This store's leadership is unprofessional, deceptive, and lacks basic customer service skills. I have already filed a formal complaint with corporate and I am attaching photos of the valid tags they refused to honor and the receipt the manager ruined. Avoid this store at all costs!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jarrett at the checkout counter a little past midnight. He was incredibly helpful, kind and insightful. I enjoyed our brief encounter while checking out. His Walgreens branded shirt read. “Diversity is beautiful” and it really is!

Once again, a bad review for this Walgreens location. Particularly the pharmacy. I have NEVER dealt with more rude people in any capacity in my entire life!! I’ve never had a pleasant experience with them. Not one time. You call them, they answer the phone and immediately put the call on hold. Without saying a word. Then when you do get them on the phone, they talk over you, talk down to you, interrupt you, blame you for the game insurance companies want to play with the cost of medications etc etc. It is mind boggling that people think they should be able to be rude to anyone for no reason at all. Just for simply asking a question. They clearly hate their jobs in that pharmacy. And the store manager Eliza must not be too much better based on all the complaints that have her name in it specifically. Do better Walgreens!! I am that customer that will give you the exact energy you put off!! Get another job if you hate it and aren’t paid enough!!

How can you change from a 24 hour store overnight with no giving the customers a heads up and still have all your interior and exterior lights on and employees inside! And the paper sign hung freshly in the windows said effective 5-3 we are no longer 24 hours, nothing on the website.....not even mention of another 24 hour location...... I would expect more from a large corporate chain.

I Was sent to this Walgreens on Hefner after my usual one was out of my prescription. They called the other store and said they could send my script over and to wait. I waited and waited and then got back in line and waited some more only for them to tell me No we cant fill that. I understand they were busy, but they made me wait when they knew they were not going to fill my prescription. It would have been nice if they used the intercom to call me up and tell me the issue. I have to drive into the city to get to Walgreens, so I wasted hours of my day for absolutely nothing.
