Had a great experience today with a young gentleman named jaydon or jayden?? Anyways he helped me find what I was looking for and he kept a smile on his face the whole time. This young man will make an amazing manager, I just see it in him!

Well we had our script for my kiddos antibiotic. Called to check after four hours and no update. Pharmacist says they weren’t going to fill because insurance was not on the order. Got that cleared up and told to come in 30-minutes. Have been waiting in line for 20-minutes no movement 7 cars in line. Will not be using this Walgreens ever again! This is the third time now that this has happened at this horrible location. Poor customer service bad attitudes from the pharmacist. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

After today/tonight, never again will I be using this location’s pharmacy. Probably stop using Walgreens altogether. 12+ hours to fill an inhaler prescription and two antibiotics. Only to receive one phone call alert at 5:04pm saying one was ready for pickup. No notifications later. At 9:30 I decided to call and check, since them notifying people of their pharmacy hours changing is just a piece of paper or their automated system, I’m informed all are ready. That’s cute- an hour and a half before they close and AGAIN, NO UPDATE CALL. Like it was intentional. Then the new little girl behind the counter with her fake voice is asking all sorts of questions to a person who is needing their INHALER. Wanting people to update information before getting their medication is just WILD and I would dare say mal practice of a pharmacist. She really got upset because I didn’t want to update anything and I just wanted my INHALER. Don’t go here. You’ll have better chances at an ER than here.

There are several other local pharmacies that are better options than he way Walgreens proves they don’t care about us as a customer. Westbury and Conrad Mar are two options that are likely cheaper and significantly faster. We went from paying $85 a month to $45 every 3 months. Best part is our scripts are ready before we leave the dr office not the maybe the next day and 30 m of waiting to pickup.

DO NOT GO HERE. I ended up switching to CVS and paying out of pocket because these people are HORRIBLE. My prescription never goes through from my clinic so I have to call Walgreens to follow up. They transfer me about 3 different times, I am placed on hold for about 30 min, all for pharmacy to hang up on me and never get my questions asked. I went in person to drop off my prescription request and they said it would be ready in 2 hours. After waiting in line for 45 min, they said it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I’ve never been so angry and frustrated with a pharmacy, they are HORRIBLE!!!
