Called before to make sure rx was ready. They confirmed it was ready. I then waited as the first person at the drive thru to open on Sunday as its daily medication I need for my mental health. Online it says the pharmacy opened at 10. At 10:05 I called the store, the manager said pharmacy closed all day. No communication was sent or marketed to customers. No note on window. Nothing to communicate to customers. This is trash service. Again and again. They keep cutting their staffing. For a brand that markets their company’s values as dependable, family friendly, and health first, this is utterly a disgrace. I will be pulling my business indefinitely.

This Walgreens is a good store. The employee at the register was very helpful for my needs. She knew exactly where a random item was in the store. She helped me with other things as well. They had what I needed in the store.

Ms Nancy Romero, the Walgreens representative responsible to supervise and support customers making money transfers at the Walgreens Western Union Transfer Station. Ms Nancy is the dedicated employee who assisted me during my visit for my money transfer. She was courteous and professional, ensuring that all my questions were answered thoroughly. She’s highly knowledgeable about Western Union and Walgreens money transfer processes, and she’s a technician who quickly and thoroughly understood my lack of knowledge. Without her assistance, I was completely lost. She made it easy for me. Her explanations and actions were clear and correct. Ms Nancy is making a marked difference at the Walgreens Pharmacy on Post and SE 15th St. Her patience with individuals with limited knowledge is excellent. Ms Nancy provided excellent service to me. I appreciated and value her work, enthusiasm, and expertise.

Shopping at the Walgreens' at SE 15th and Post in Midwest City is always a very good and pleasant experience, from the pharmacy to the remainder of the store. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. One of my very favorite things is they always have a smile. ❤️❤️

Everytime I go to this store there are marked down prices or buy one get one for 50% off under the items are present but never applied. Today I bought cosmetics with these listings below items that cashier stated, "the manager is just now taking down prices," always an excuse for marked down prices, etc.
