This pharmacy has some serious comprehensive & procedural issues. Their automated system doesn’t even recognize the caller’s prescription. Waited on hold to speak to a live representative, when I got to her she had the worst attitude & asked if I had checked the automated system - do you think I would be speaking to you if it had worked?? After confirming it was ready I spent 30 minutes in the drive through just for the next representative to tell me it “wasn’t ready.” I decided to go in & spoke to a new representative who informed me my prescription was indeed ready. They’re always closed on the weekends despite store hours stating the pharmacy is open & it appears only a select few representatives actually know what they’re doing/how to use the system.

This store, especially the pharmacy, is both incompetent and understaffed. I have ZERO confidence that the pharmacist properly reviews the prescriptions and does the safety checks, due to their short staff. Routinely, to the point of being the majority of the time, prescriptions WILL NOT be filled in a timely manner, or even completed, and there is zero communication until you attempt to pick up your prescriptions, and there is ALWAYS a 30 minute wait for them to actually fill it, even if you're there several days after dropping off and after you had asked for it to be filled. We're in the process of transferring to one of the MULTIPLE independent pharmacies within a couple of miles of this location and I'd strongly recommend anyone looking for a pharmacy to do the same.

Oh my gosh...I almost wrote a book but realized 2 paragraphs into it that Walgreens pharmacist couldn't give me 30 seconds of her time neverless eye contact so I wont either. 1. Wait time is RE DONKULOUS - WALMARSHAY has you beat....like doing loops. 2. Rude- pharmacist is rude or just not interested in questions. 3. They have one girl running around handling 3 jobs (drive thru, insurance and cashier) and not a soul flinches or helps out. I actually acknowledged this young ladies hard work (while customers huffed and puffed) and told her she was doing something I couldn't and what a great job at maintaining it. It was loud enough for her boss and co workers to hear...but not a single word, smile or even recognition from the rest. Welp switching back to my original pharmacist.

Whoever the young girl working the counter at 6:30 on 4/23/26 needs to be talked too. She had an attitude with everyone who was trying to check out took forever and when there was a problem with my checkout pricing was not very helpful. I left very unhappy and on the way to CVS for a better experience
