Olivia went above and beyond in helping me get my prescription after problems outside of the pharmacy’s control. All the pharmacists here have always been so nice and considerate, and I can say that Olivia specifically is willing to take the extra step and make a difference!

Since it seems as though negative reviews have been removed since my incredibly distasteful interaction with the staff at this pharmacy, I will re-explain what happened a year ago. I do not know if the pharmacist is still there or not but in case they are trying to cover up the countless bad interactions people were detailing here only 1 year ago, I'd like to make sure this information is still out there. For brevity, I'll just be listing out what happened to me 1. Pharmacist was very unaccommodating over the phone. I wad up either working or at CDL training 20 hours a day during this time period. Her frustration was always incredibly apparent despite my difficulty finding time to come pick up my medication 2. Her pharmacy tech gave me the wrong medication that I hadn't been prescribed, or had filled in at least 10 months. The pharmacy tech also failed to confirm what I was picking up, which in my experience, is 100% standard. I didn't think anything of it because I only had 1, singular medication sent to those pharmacy. I had never used Walgreens before. Of course, the medication I was given was in an almost identical box to the one I was supposed to be given. 3. Upon arriving at home and discovering that I had been given the wrong medication, I called and was immediately met with an attitude in which the pharmacist stated that I was 100% responsible for making sure I was picking up the correct medication. Mind you, the medication they did dispense to me hadn't even been sent to them. I had one, singular medication sent to them so I have no idea why or how they had the information for the other one, or why or how they had any history for me as I hadn't used Walgreens before this encounter. 4. I returned to the location to pick up the correct medication and when I asked for a refund on the incorrect medication, the pharmacist AND her 2 techs immediately started yelling at me. Told me to get my prescription and leave. If you are of a darker complexion, I highly recommend going elsewhere because the final confrontation felt very racially motivated, especially when they escalated to asking me to leave as soon as I had my prescription. I hope that pharmacist was fired but in case not, here is my story. Many of the other reviews that were here at the time of my first review detailed very similar experiences with rudeness, quick escalation and a lack of professionalism that seemed racially motivated

Glad to have a Walgreens around campus. The pickup service is convenient and this store is always clean.

Wonderful staff here - I had to get a controlled medication filled early due to an emergency and having to travel out of state. The pharmacists were SO helpful. They reached out to my insurance to see about making an exception bc I was so frazzled. I have never, in my history of 10 years being medicated, had a pharmacy go out of there way like that. I would give 10/10 if I could.

Colton did a phenomenal job assisting me and I wasn’t even a customer yet went above and beyond what he had to do for me after cvs couldn’t help me ! He checked other Walgreens to see if they had my prescription and even check if it was covered by my insurance! Thank you 🙏🏽
