Tired of being asked so many confirmations when picking up scripts. Started with spelling my name, then DOB, then confirm address. I’m good up to this point, then confirm last 4 of the phone number. I mean what heck? Didn’t I do enough already? Transferring to CVS, they refill faster anyways. Walgreens has been going down hill for the last 3 years and I’m done with them.

I placed an order for photo printing, which is usually ready the same day at other Walgreens locations. At this branch, it took almost a full week before I received a message saying the order was ready for pickup. When I went to the store, the photos were not printed at all. I was told by the employee that I needed to place a new order. On top of that, the employee I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. Honestly, this is one of the worst Walgreens locations I’ve dealt with, and I would not recommend going there at all.

I had a photo project that I needed help with. The manager,Brittany, couldn't have been more helpful!! She was awesome. I was truly impressed with the level of customer service Brittany provided. I will definitely return to this Walgreens location for future photo projects and highly recommend to others. Great experience thanks to Brittany.

I urge anyone who is forced to use Walgreens by their insurance to look for an independent pharmacy in-network. There are better options in central Ohio. Far too many times the staff at this pharmacy put my child's life in jeopardy by mishandling her life saving medication prescription. I don't k ow if this is a larger issue with walgreens, or the ignorance of the staff at this location. They had been told repeatedly that their eDoc system they use to contact doctors' offices was rejected by my doctor's office. When they needed clarification on my daughter's medication they used their electronic system instead of using a phone to call them. They lied to me about how they were contacting the office by phone for almost a week. Yet when I contacted my doctor, the issue was resolved within an hour and the office told me they never receivedany calls from Walgreens. They are either grossly incompetent or deliberately malicious. It was such a relief finding another pharmacy that is capable.
