Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in looking for the ATM. The one cashier didn’t speak or ask if I needed help. Walked down to the photo center looking for the ATM, 3 associates were at the counter. None spoke or asked if I needed help. Circles around past the pharmacy and back to the front of the store where I found the ATM; the same cashier who didn’t speak or ask if I needed help, cut me off with a shopping cart no excuse me no nothing. Just rude. What unplanned on buying I’ll buy elsewhere. I used the ATM and left.

This is a 2 part situation and to say I'm highly offended is an understatement. March 22, 2025. Me and my family (me, my husband and our 2 young children) we're having a day out and I needed to find a restroom for our 3 year old son. We enter the store and begin searching for any possible bathroom, then ask a staff member if they have one only to be told no. Just no. On top of it the 3 women were just standing in the middle of an aisle blocking the way, too. So we just use the chime ATM and leave. Then later on right before closing our family day out was bringing us back home and our bus route is next to this Walgreens. Well, we got stuck in a cold thunderstorm that took us by surprise and we decided we'd run in real quick, get our kids out of the storm, and check what time our bus home would be there. I have a 3 year old son and while my husband was checking the bus time my son and I went adventuring a little through the kids toy section just to look. Well my husband calls out for us that our bus will be there soon, we go to the door and just before we leave we are stopped by a very not friendly woman who asks if we need anything. We say no, explain we just came in to get out of the wind, and then she accuses us of being caught stealing on camera 3 times.. WHAT? To be accused of stealing and told to not come back in right in front of our babies when we did nothing wrong is beyond embarrassing and angering. I don't know this woman's name but I hope you know you're own made up story really hurt a little family trying to get out of a damn thunderstorm.

Around 6:30 PM on Sunday, February 8th, I encountered a cold and unhelpful staff member here. My autistic daughter urgently needed to use the restroom, so I took her to the pharmacy, but I was told that the restroom was not open to the public. My daughter was so distressed she was about to cry, so I repeatedly begged the staff member for help, but he coldly refused me again and again. Unable to do anything else, I had to take my daughter away. As a loyal customer of this pharmacy, I never expected to receive such cold treatment, especially towards a young autistic child who can barely speak. It's truly heartbreaking that a pharmacy, which is supposed to be a place of healing and help, lacks even the most basic compassion.

I haven't been in this store in years but my gf came in today for diabetic supplies for our recently diagnosed cat. How in the hell do you charge $60 for 100 needles when everyone else charges $10-$15?? I could have gone to the Walgreens on Kenney and gotten 50 for $10. JFC this place is terrible.

The pharmacist and staff are truly wonderful at this location (Morse & High). They have helped me and my family when we needed it most. They hold true to their standards of being there for the patients. Thank you all for the great service you provide.
