Waited a week for a prescription they had in stock. Not compounded but in a box on the shelf. Called yesterday spent 28 minutes on hold (hung up) after the person laid the phone down and continued to help customers at the counter, didn't even say anything just like a pocket dial. After 5 minutes and me saying "hello" a few times, I called back. 22 minutes on hold, person says they have it in stock but could I come tomorrow? I already had plans but sure. I went today at lunch to pick it up (they hadn't called yet, but they said it was in stock) I went at lunch to get it. Drive up window - "Umm, we don't have it ready". "Ok, if I come in, can you fill it for me?". Reply, "Yes, but it's going to be a half hour". I drive around the store and go in. Waited in line. I was asked to sit down while they get my order. Apparently, they are training a bunch of new people. But this isn't the first issue I've had with this location. Maybe avoid until they get their staff trained. Face to face they were kind and respectful. I have really been working on my behavior when it comes to approaching people. Because it's not always their fault, but this is clearly an understaffed location.

The associate Thomas at Walgreens on McNaughton Road was very kind and helpful. Most of the associates will not help you when it comes to clipped coupons not showing up after you clip them. Thomas took the time to add the coupons for me which helped me save a little money. KUDOS to you Thomas!

Pharmacy needs to be CLOSED. Had my prescription since 1pm get there at 5:30 and they say it’s still not ready and they about to close. How you close at 6 during the week and not open on the weekends? Most people work 9-5 during the week and can’t get there until after 5 or on weekends. What a WASTE of time. Then let’s not start on the staff smh

Had every tooth pulled and couldn't get my prescription filled. After assuring me it was there they waited until we came in then cheerily announce their entire stock expired last July. Worthless. Why would you have expired pills on the shelf?
