they closed for an unknown amount of time and made it impossible to pick up necessary perscriptions. there was no warning, prior or otherwise, and i think that they should have a messaging system for emergencies, given that they already are capable of blowing up my notifications with countless useless updates. i have changed my pharmacy.

I've gone to this pharmacy for years and it's declined. It's so hard to get out medications. They refused to fill one for my husband that we ended up going to fill at another pharmacy with no problem. Their hours are not good, make it hard to get anything. No weekends or nights. They seems to be over working their pharmacy staff. Im sad we have to change pharmacies, just too much stress for us. Not worth the migraine it's causing us we have to take medicine for which they won't fill. Hope things improve and their staff is treated better

Do not buy Similac here! Very nice staff and typically love this location, but they do not accept Similac rewards coupons. Kroger does no problem.

Great experience with the Kenny Rd, Columbus, location! Zero wait time to speak to the pharmacy, and (I'm likely going to butcher the spelling here) Mikayle(?) was cheerful, fast, and a pleasure to talk to.

This used to be a great pharmacy. I’m not sure what has happened but the staff never seem to be happy. Many of them are downright rude. They all seem to be overworked (not an excuse for rude behavior). And their pharmacy hours are constantly changing with the only consistency being the complete shut down during the lunch hour on weekdays when many customers need to be able to pick up. Absolutely nothing about this pharmacy is geared toward serving the customer.
