Very frustrating experience. I spent over an hour on hold trying to reach the pharmacy, and the automated system continuously said there was “one caller ahead of you” the entire time. If there was actually a long wait, I would appreciate honest wait-time estimates rather than being told the same thing repeatedly. It’s difficult to get important prescription questions answered when reaching someone by phone is nearly impossible. Customer service and communication need significant improvement.

Even though phone experience can be a toss up, there is a brunette here with glasses that works at the pharmacy counter that is single-handedly the most helpful person I’ve met at a Walgreens ever. I don’t know her name but she needs a raise because everytime me or my boyfriend have had issues with medications etc, she’s been able to sort it out.

Trey was terrific, positive and welcoming attitude right when I walked in the door. He helped my day get off to a great start. He is an asset to the Walgreens organization.

There was an issue with our prescription and we couldn't get anyone on the phone. We were on hold for hours, then they would pick up and hang up. Very unprofessional and poor service

YOU CANT PRICE MATCH ON OUR WEBSITE!!! The nasty register worker said to me! THOSE ARE TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO BUY ONLINE! I said NO that’s your policy not Walgreens Policy. I had been in the store previously in the evening and as soon as I stepped in and saw who was working the register my stomach immediately turned. I quickly grabbed what I needed and scanned my items on my walgreen app to quickly see what the store was selling them for and the difference from 11.89 for a bottle of tums was a lot more then the online price of 8.99. Walking up to the front of the store already knowing I was gonna get the nasty crazy haired woman’s evil wrath when I asked to price match was stressful. So I quickly asked for a manager. She is just so unpleasant every time I come into contact with her. She dug her claws out of me and walked away. Zak the shift lead he is not a manager. Zak was pleasant in the beginning. Then he too started to become judgmental and impatient with me. No one should be made to feel bad about asking a store to honor their online price. YOU KNOW THIS WOULD BE A-LOT EASIER IF YOU JUST ORDERED ONLINE! I didn’t respond but I thought they are heart burn pills. Obviously it’s not his business but I needed them NOW!! So his comment just made me feel like I didn’t make it easy for him. Isn’t he suppose to make it easier for me? I’m singing that song in my head now it’s my money and I want it now…then when I asked about my coupon he continued to degrade me and question me clipping a $7 coupon. My sign in had signed me out and eventually when I got home I signed into my Walgreens app and the Walgreens Rewards $7 was in my account. He just didn’t care to help me. Lazy works and bad customer service!
