Please do better Walgreens. The drive thru is consistently closed and you never answer the phone. I am sick and on a walker and it is extremely difficult to walk to the back of the store. You must do better. Currently I am on hold for over 21 minutes.

The pharmacy drive thru is never open. This is the fourth day I’ve gone without my blood pressure medication because they didn’t refill it when the auto went through and they have unreliable hours. This is what happened to my previous Walgreens that closed. I will be moving my pharmacy. I do not recommend. The drive through may as well not exist and the hours are unreliable. I can count on more than two hands how many times I’ve come by and a message has been posted on the door that the pharmacy is closed. So I am going on day five now without my bp. Hopefully I can get them tomorrow.

The pick up window for the prescriptions has been closed for about a month now because they never have enough help. My insurance changed and I was told I need to come in to show the new card to pick up my prescriptions. After digging my rollator walker out of the trunk to go in, I find out the pharmacy is not even open because there’s no technician on duty. Keep in mind this is happening during their usual business hours. Do you guys think it’s easy for someone with a disability to just keep popping in and out to get prescriptions when it’s convenient for you? I started having my prescriptions delivered to bypass all this hassle, but because I need to show my new insurance card, I was needing to come in. If they don’t hire any help, you might as well just shut down the whole damn store, including the pharmacy.

I need to pick up my meds for after surgery, they have been closed since Friday, the pharmacy was closed. Today is the day they are supposed to be open, but they couldn't transfer my meds cause one was a narcotic, so there has to be a pharmacist on-site to approve. Went today, April 12. The drive-thru was closed, so I had to go in to get my meds (I had a surgery that I shouldn't be moving around). DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS! I was told I should be happy they're open, and the guy was like, " I'm working like 100 hours. I'm changing pharmacies!

Husband Ended up at the hospital because the pharmacist who had a meltdown withheld his medicine from him. He had surgery on Friday and they were closed from Friday until Sunday. When he went in on Sunday, they were questioning why they were closed and the pharmacist had a complete and total meltdown. He was cursing at the customers and it is on video. We’re looking into getting a lawyer. This is unacceptable.
