Just left from trying to pick up a western union manager had bad attitude I was checking out Western Union, I was at the total when I asked my kids that were in line with her so please let her know that I had to western union. She told me there was nothing she could do but I need to come up to the front when I was done. I came up to the front pick up she had me walk a back to the b where I was already at the kiosk.She got an attitude like I did something. Mind you she already was unpleasant and had no customer service at all. My kids bought snacks and used dollars and change idk if that annoyed her but still we were all polite. Then when I got to the back even tho I told her every time I come they make me go to the back instead of taking accountability for being wrong she said u didn’t say it was pick up. Mam u didn’t ask. Am I the employee or you. I’m just telling you my experience in the past has me come to the photo so use ur common sense and ur processes of how you operate and ask some questions. Next time call off if you can’t be polite. Light skin lady with ponytail.

They have completely falling apart over the years. The staff at the store seem to be very unhappy. The pharmacy employees are great. Very few products on the shelf because there is a lot and I mean a lot of theft. Unfortunately the store employees aren't even going to start stopping people and still. It's unfortunately raises the prices on some of the items I need. 😢

Unfriendly cashier. No greeting just nothing. The lady in front of me said to the cashier thank you, have a nice day. The cashier didn’t even respond. Wow. I’m sorry but us black women need to learn some customer service skills, be nicer and more cordial. Hey even a smile sometimes won’t hurt.

I came in for a late night stop to grab a few items and not only did they have the items, I was able to use my phone number and use a $2 discount per item. It was a Win Win. The only reason it wasn’t a complete Five was there was some organization needed to get to my item, but it enough to make it not enough for a return visit!

Let’s talk about the RUDE WORKERS they have working, omg the lady name Camie shes rude, the tall light skin lady literally hates her job every time I go in she has the biggest attitude like lady if you hate your job that much why don’t you leave?? You been there for 5+ years and still have an attitude
