Aside from the Pharmacy staff Lola being rude they should just shut this place down! Empty shelves, diapers and wipes are locked up! The driver thru is once again down! I’m not returning to this location.

Waited 10 minutes at the pharmacy window, nobody came so I had to leave. Of course after waiting 10 minutes, the pharmacy tech came to the window as I was driving away because there was a line. Thought it was weird nobody came to the window for that long. Not on lunch break, just didn’t want to come to the window at 4:10 pm. At least acknowledge you’re busy and I’d be glad to wait the 10 minutes. But to ignore the ring and not come to the window to at least say hey? Nobody in the lobby waiting for prescription, nobody waiting in line in store. Change pharmacy unless you plan to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you’re in the drive thru. Bad part of town, so maybe they didn’t want to deal with customers? Put a sign up in the window if you don’t feel like filling prescriptions so I can transfer my meds at least *Rebecca is not my real name.

This location is going downhill. I understand they are very busy and short-staffed, but that is no excuse for repeatedly making mistakes. They have miscounted and miscalculated my prescriptions and refuse to take accountability. They will bill me for 90-day prescriptions but only give me 60 days or less, then argue with me about the error. Ricky, the pharmacist, even called me a liar. I had to have video surveillance reviewed for them to acknowledge that an employee made a mistake. Instead of properly addressing it with management, they tried to downplay the situation and “fix it” by giving me the remainder of the medication. I am tired of repeatedly calling my doctor for additional prescriptions. Even the corporate 1-800 line referred me back to the store, unable to resolve anything. When I raise these issues with the pharmacist, they have hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Their service is highly unprofessional, and accountability is virtually nonexistent. I am now filing a complaint with the pharmacy board because this has become unacceptable.

Zero stars. By far the worst pharmacy ever. Waited on hold over an hour just to get hung up on. Twice! I guess I just cant get my prescription filled or transferred to another pharmacy. Just horrible. Just close this place since they cant help the community at all.

Store associates 9/10 on Customer Service and product knowledge! Pharmacy is a 1/10 they never have anything and don’t call them..it’ll really piss you off cause they’ll have you on hold for an hour pick up in between holds and then hang up. Do not get your prescription filled at this location, you will regret it.
