I went to purchase 6 items that were on sale. I told the bald man I wanted to do 2 transaction and he said that was fine. The 1st transaction was 2 Colgate Mouthwashes, I paid and received $4 Walgreen Rewards. The next transaction was 4 Bounce dryer sheets, I handed him my $4 Walgreen Rewards and he told me that I could only use it on a Colgate item. I was very confused because the coupon stated I could use it toward any item. He kept going back and forth with me after I told him what he was saying wasn’t true then he pulled out there policy book and said they can refuse coupons anytime. He then said they changed there rules 2 weeks ago to prevent couponers from stockpiling? I was so upset at this point, I gave him a piece of my mind and left the store. I then called customer service and they advised that the man was wrong, I could’ve used my coupon and I’m allowed to do 2 transaction without a problem, Walgreens customer service gave me an additional $4 Walgreen Reward, apologized for my experience and said they would forward my complaint to the store. No one should be treated as I was today especially with the economy being as hard as it is, why wouldn’t you want people to save money. He acted as if I had 20 items, 10 transaction and a bunch of coupons or as if I was holding up the line, just sad and distasteful. If you encounter this hairless, mean fella just leave and report him to the corporate office, if he gets enough complaints against him I’m sure he will be fired and using coupons like me. I ended up getting my dryer sheets from another Walgreens and used my $4 Walgreen reward with no problem.

Today is December 8 and the time is 4:16 PM. I encountered a young man working at the Walgreens pharmacy in Galloway at the drive-through. He was so friendly and smiling and happy. I told him thank you for that and he clearly has excellent parents. I forgot to ask his name, but he is one of the nicest Pharmacy technicians that I have encountered at Walgreens and I have been a customer of the pharmacy for about 20 years. Please acknowledge him.

I left my prescription here and the lady said she would be back in thirty minutes. I came back in forty minutes and she wasn't ready. It's already nine at night and my medication still isn't ready and they're already closed. What am I supposed to do now? The truth is that they are very insensitive and have little professional ethics. I wonder if I were your mother who needed the medication, would you leave her waiting for many hours or maybe days? I hope nothing happens to me in these hours that I will be without medication.

I would give zero stars if I could. They took over my local pharmacy that closed and they couldn't care less about the people behind the prescriptions. Multiple times I have called to check on prescription status. They will tell me it's going to be ready at a certain time, I show up after that time, and they tell me my medicine won't be ready to the next day. This has happened three times in a row. Then the people working behind the counter get upset and fussy with me because I need my medicine they said would be ready. If I had a closer pharmacy to my house I would use it. The people are currently cussing and complaining behind the counter while I sit and wait for my medications. If you have another option for medication, I would use that. I would not recommend them to anyone if you actually need your prescription in a timely or polite manner.

Walgreens does great photos in the fastest time! They have lots of extras and are friendly!
