What an absolute joke of a pharmacy. Get ready to wait on hold for hours to tell them to start filling a Rx your doctor called in already. Why would they not automatically start processing it like every other pharmacy I’ve ever been to in 47 years? Your guess is as good as mine. Sometimes they just have no pharmacist to work and you get a text that they are closed. Go anywhere else.

Nothing but a waste of time going to that pharmacy. I may as well go get the prescription filled at another location because by the time I could get that done, they might be able to help me at the current location. Dropping off my prescription took 15 minutes of standing in line with no one person ahead of me. Going to pick it up, I waited and waited and waited with only one person ahead of me. I didn't have the patience to stay any longer.

Wasn't done within an hour. Talked to someone on the phone. They told me to ask for the manger discount when I came which was 20%.The cashier didn't want to give it to me.Called the manger, who asked a ton of questions. They finally gave it to me and told me this will be the only time because they dont give discount because it want done when it said it wold be. But they knew I wasn't lieing because how would I know about the manager discount! No lies here. You can tell the person who waited on me didn't work in the photo department and act like she didn't want to be there. I'm a photographer and I have Always done business with Walgreens..not this store. The other stores employees are more knowledgeable about photos. I will Never get my photos from there anymore.

First experience using the pharmacy here. I had to call around to various pharmacies to see who had my rx in stock. My regular go to pharmacy(not Walgreens) wouldn't even check other locations and when you call them you have to leave a message. My Husband and I called various Walgreens(yes on hold for awhile at some locations, many closing soon) but we were finally able to get ahold of Deanna at the N. Hamilton store who was so polite and helpful even with the store closing in 20 minutes. She was able to tell us a couple of locations that had my rx and said she would go get it for me and have it ready the next day AND got the script transferred for me quickly. It was ready within two hours of them opening the next day. We need more people who are willing to go above and beyond in their job like Deanna did. Its rare to have someone who is willing to with you like this anymore in situations. I didnt expect her to do this for me and I'm super grateful for her. I'm definitely going to continue coming to this location because of the customer satisfaction received from Deanna and Noor at the pharmacy counter was very polite too.

Do not use this pharmacy, grossly understaffed, understocked, and incompetent I waited for days for medication that should have been filled in a few hours only to be told after days of it being processed that "whoops! We're out of stock of that we'll call you soon" total waste of time and nightmare to deal with dont even have to take my word for it ask my new pharmacists assistant who waited on hold for an HOUR on the phone trying to have my prescriptions transferred and still never got anyone. Unprofessional unreliable unbelievable total hell hole
