I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy on Friday morning. Because I’m in so much pain and received a message saying my prescription wouldn’t be ready for pickup that day I called and spoke directly to the pharmacy to confirm just WHEN I would be able to pick it up. The woman I spoke with specifically told me that they would get it in the next day (Saturday). Fast forward to today when I I called to check the status of my Rx, I was told that they don’t get deliveries on the weekend; the m soonest they would have my Rx is Monday. The doctor’s office is closed today and I can’t get the Rx transferred anywhere else with a decent price point that has it available today. This pharmacy really screwed me over and there is no one to hold accountable for that. They don’t care.

Go to any other location anywhere in the state. This place is horrendous. Pharmacy changes hours at their own whim, manager is totally apathetic and a rude jerk, any "same day" or "next day" delivery actually means "some time in the next week" and yes it's on the onus of the walgreens to process this. And they don't. This place doesn't care. I sat on the phone for a total of 4 hours across 3 days of wait time, and eventually I just gave up. No one answered. I just gave up. You're better off asking a guy on a shady corner to fill your meds.

It is always the pharmacist that makes a pharmacy, and Ryan the pharmacist makes Walgreens Polaris the best. He has always gone above and beyond by miles for my wife and I. We haven’t switched pharmacies, even though there’s one closer, because his excellent work keeps us with Walgreens.

This place is a joke. These businesses are consistently the most poorly run. Understaffed and ridiculous service. This is criminal. Keep ripping us off for your stock monopoly.

I’m only giving 1 star because it is the lowest designation possible even though this pharmacy doesn’t deserve even a 1 -star rating. Been going here for years and their service has gone downhill and is now a dumpster fire of an experience. I have had too many experiences of a prescription being called in and it taking 8 hours to fill. Today, went to get a medicine picked up, went into the Walgreens and was told it would be an additional 20 minutes (which in itself is absolutely ridiculous- it’s not a compound or IV, and it isn’t busy). Well, 40 minutes later, we are still sitting here waiting. I worked as a tech in a pharmacy years ago and there is NO reasonable explanation as to why anyone has to wait consistently as long as you have to wait here. We are taking our business elsewhere! Steer clear!!!
