This location will probably close soon like the one near Town & Country. I've noticed a pattern of filth, lack of customer service, half stocked shelves and insufficient pharmacy staffing and rudeness. It's unfortunate for the people who shop here and need this location to get prescriptions but when you aren't valued you're treated anyway they feel like it.

I'm giving this store 5 stars because of the wonderful tech named Shavon (I hope I spelled that right) I've never met a more knowledgable tech. It seems like he is better at his job than the pharmacists. Every time he is working everything goes fast, no issues and he has such a wonderful personality that he remembers his customers names and I hope he's there for a long time because my mom and I always enjoy talking to him. If it weren't for him, I would give this location a 3 out of 5

Great staff at this location. friendly, helpful, and laid back. The store is clean, well stocked, organized and has a very comfortable vibe. I've only been here 3 times in the last 2 months but this is about to become my new go-to spot

The pharmacy is impossible to reach. The online portal says my prescription is delayed, but not why or how long. I was on hold for over an hour. I hung up, called the store, and they said they can't do anything except transfer me back. On hold another 10 minutes and the line disconnected.

The pharmacy rep that answered the phone was extremely rude . Cut me off every chance that they got . Was told my medication was not sent over to them when in fact the prescribing doctor confirmed they were. The rep also would not help confirm insurance information to be valid basically refusing to do her job . If you live in this area you’re better off using cvs Whitehall or krogers pharmacy.
