I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service I received at Walgreens today. I shop at Walgreens frequently, especially for photo services, and I spend a significant amount of money there for my business. Today, I came in to return duplicate photo prints that I had accidentally purchased. During the return process, the cashier, Mason, displayed a very poor attitude. He snatched my ID out of my hand and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Whenever I tried to say something, he responded with “whatever,” which I found extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I even asked if he was having a bad day because of the way he was speaking to me, but his behavior continued to be disrespectful. As a loyal customer, I do not believe this type of treatment should be tolerated. Walgreens should do better when it comes to customer service and ensuring that customers are treated with courtesy and respect. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Staff were immensely helpful, the store was well organized and clean! Kari and Ava were beyond amazing. They answered all my questions and then helped me pick out the right sized packaging , print my label, and safely ship it without any concern. I know my package is safe / in good hands with them. I wanted to leave this review because I was blown away with the excellent help I received by Kari and Ava and will only be going to this location now. Thank you again!

Really bad service. This is the closest convenient store in my neighborhood but im going to walk a little further from now on. i try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Usually, there is no one at the register but if you wait a minute or two someone will help you (which is in itself is terrible service). Today, two workers were just chitchatting in the photo area while i was waiting to buy things at the register. They made eye contact with me, didnt say anything and continued their conversation. I stood around a little longer and decided to leave the stuff and never go back to a walgreens

I recently had a bunch of 4x6 magnets printed and some regular prints as well. the magnets came out horribly but they were so cheap I didn’t make an issue of it. then I had to come in and pick up a shipped photo item on Tuesday 12/23. there was a woman in front of me trying to get some help with photo books she’d had printed there that also came out awful. so bad that she wasn’t comfortable giving them as gifts. Antwan couldn’t have been less friendly or helpful, he offered no apology nor resolution for her problem. Tbh it was embarrassing (for him) to watch someone act this way at their job. After barely uttering 2 words and not once discussing a refund, he handed her a receipt and she said, what’s this, and he said i processed your refund. she said, we never discussed a refund I just want my books reprinted, can you do that? He said not until after the holiday then RE-CHARGED her. I was mortified for her and totally disgusted by Antwan’s behavior and lack of professionalism. He should not have a role that requires dealing with customers.

No call my picture was ready .. I wish they would pick out the film that didn't have picture other then charge..
